I've never tried northern style cooking but how would you describe it tasting different than the other southern styles? My mother makes a che here with mung beans and tons of sugar and then a couple spoons of coconut milk. My cousins in Saigon along with wife introduced me to che Thai in 2018. After watching your videos I told my wife this time I want to try che thap cam. Always got to try something new and bring it back with me.
Northern food to me is a lot more simple flavours whilst the north has a bit more complexity to it’s flavours imo. Definitely gove the che thap cam a go, can’t go wrong with any che haha
I use Go Pro Hero 10 and find it great as a small camera to vlog with, but in hot conditions it can overheat from 20 minute mark up. Otherwise I hear DJI Osmo Action is good without much overheating. Only 2 I can mention, don’t have much experience with other cameras
I am the same. I never finish the pho broth in Sydney. I would feel too bloated. Please be honest if you get food poisoning! I worry about all the food prep on the floor 😮
