Great showing thank you for posting!!! Very nice I like the layout and that the bedrooms are NOT all the same size...My only critique would be the size of the primary closet, a his/,her is more favorable!!(My comments are only regarding the 1st home)...

There are a few floor plans the community offers that have either a his/her closet or a walk in closet with a dividing wall, but unfortunately none were ready for me to get in and film. ONLY $572k STARTING price…….?!?!?!?! When he said affordable I was sure he’d say $300s.

I hear you. Senoia is one of the towns where even though its starting at $572k, it being one of the top towns in Georgia, according to several websites like Niche, the prices are pretty high, but compared to other top Atlanta suburbs like Johns Creek where the median home price is closer to $800k, it's considered affordable. BUT keep an eye out because in a few weeks I am taking you to a new construction community south of Atlanta with homes under $300k!
