HOW did I never know about this buffet?!? I think I'll be doing this INSTEAD of Boathouse brunch now. That crab cakes Benedict looks lovely, and for the value WITH that buffet?!? It feels like a no brainier, especially since I can wake up at the Boardwalk and just walk over before a morning at Epcot!! PS - The hum and horn of the friendship boats are my favorite sounds in WDW.

I'm so glad I found this video, Deni! It will end up being cheaper than the Steakhouse 71 I had planned and we don't really love the Contemporary so this is PERFECT!

We were at Disney world for a weeklong trip in June, and on Father’s Day we had brunch here at the Ale & Compass - my husband loved the Benedict and we had a lovely brunch! It was a chill atmosphere and decent prices for a really nice breakfast - it was a nice little respite from the hustle and bustle of the parks. Also, we walked right to Epcot after - it’s right next door!

Thank you Deni for another Great review. We are coming in September for 2 weeks and decided to do 2 brunches this trip instead of booking all dinners. We have already booked - but you have given us “food” for thought! This is such a great value. We stayed at Beach Club during our visit last year and we LOVED the Ale and Compass Lounge --> those buns and spreads!!!! Doesn’t get better than that. We went twice! Lol. (Also just wanted to mention that I always love your outfits! It’s like you have a stylist!!!) Thanks again!! 😊

Great video as always, Deni! My hubby and I had breakfast here a couple of years ago after watching your review with Jackie and the GKTW auction winner. We loved it but it looks like the buffet takes it to another level. We'll be back on our next trip!

Great review as always! I'll never understand why Ale and Compass doesn't get more hype. We've never had breakfast there, though after this review it's on our list. We've had lunch several times and it's always been wonderful. And yes, that burger is in the mix of the best on property. Great place, easy ADR to get - what's not to love?

Thanks Deni. We love your reviews. We had breakfast at Alel & Compass on one of our visits but they were not offering the buffet at the time. What we did have was delicious though!

You sold me on this breakfast. I’m probably going to buy Saratoga cuz Disney Springs and access to resort busses. I was thinking this was a horrible value till you mentioned you got the meal with it. That is a fantastic deal, I’ll look forward to going there. You do really thorough reviews and I’m always happy to see your posts.

Oh, this is so tempting! We will be arriving on a Red Eye at 6:15 am. We plan to drop our bags at the hotel (assuming our room isn’t ready yet) and take the Skyliner over to Epcot. Should we stop here for a quick breakfast and then head to Epcot? We plan to eat from the booths at F&W, so this might be overload. 😂

Hi Deni! Another great review! I enjoy them so very much. Regarding the buffet at Ale and Compass, do you know what they offer for gluten friendly guests? I know at Crystal a palace for breakfast the offer Erin McKennas (2 types if muffins and 1 or 2 types of donuts--my memory from last May!). These were not on the buffet, but the server listed the offering and my 2 gf eaters requested from there. I was curious if Ale and Compass accommodated GF. We ate there in early July but ordered from menu only and didn’t ask. But your idea and value mentioned makes me want to try that! Thank you!! Happy Saturday!
