True. I really don't understand why dating is a scandal for them. In other countries, it's no big deal. They're actors and entertainers, not robots.

I was just gonna say “why are they treating this like they’re committing a crime or something?” It’s just dating!

It’s more like the public wants to be able to “approve” their love lives. Like they are the celebs parents or something. It’s crazy

it has to do w how they like to market their celebrities, they really play into the parasocial relationship and sell the boyfriend/girlfriend image.

In other countries obtaining private messages is a criminal act falls under (wiretapping).

I'm glad though that they are revealing the real faces of these celebrities.

No lawsuits have been filed for a couple of reasons: 1) Celebrities don't want to draw more public attention to the scandal or news, hoping it would soon die down or go away with the next scandal because if they react or speak out it would remain in the news cycle and public interest. 2) Celebrities are public figures and cannot expect total privacy when they are out on dates in public places. 3) Sometimes it benefits the celebrities to have the truth revealed as in the case of Kim S Ho, his career was practically saved by Dispatch. Keep in mind that Dispatch didn't hack into anyone's phone to get their information. Someone probably provided it to them to get the truth out or they may have paid for it which is not inconceivable since they have a close relationship with the major entertainment agencies. Hollywood celebrities have been know to tip off paparazzi to where they will be just to get their photos taken.

Ask Gong Yoo. He literally couldn't leave his home for a while. He was hoarded by fans and paparazzi everywhere he went. He complained that he couldn't go for a walk on the beach, the grocery store or out on a date to dinner without literally being assaulted. Most Korean stars have to hire security details around them all the time. You think that's normal?

It is NOT stupid to hide your relationship..does everyone immediately tell their parents and all their friends the moment they meet someone they want to date? Do they share every detail of their date with everyone? Do they share every photo? It’s hard enough to get to know someone when all your family and friends are involved…let alone try add 50million to that…of course celebs want to hide things so they have a chance to see if things will work out…and mostly…actually get to enjoy their dating experiences

Look I feel for the guy's mental health and health struggles but horse tranquilisers like ketamine are not prescription drugs. Only someone hooked on hardcore drugs would play with it, let alone have the confidence to mixed it several others. They found total 3 drugs in his blood sample and could have overdoes from mixing these dangerous drugs together. I don't care about him being black listed as he is talented and can bounce back in couple of years after he gets his life sorted but this was a guy on his way to kill himself from the pain he was trying to cope with which is more worrying thing for me.

FYI he was outed due to a police investigation to crack down on drug mill clinics which is basically medical staff illegal issuing prescription drugs to be abused by addicts . I think it was unethical for the police to out him and arrest him in the airport if he was not selling it or trafficking it because the message it sends to addicts who are thinking of quitting drug abuse is once an addict society will shun you and never forgive you for making bad choices.

Both were, but it was a mistake and it shouldn't cost them their career.

She harassed her ex while he was on set forcing him to prove that he's honoring her restriction of doing skinship with his costar. (At the same time, she was being flirtatious with her costars filming Lawless Lawyers). Basically, her controlling behavior took their private relationship to his work setting and unprofessionally impacted his work and the work of the drama "Time" in 2018. She harassed him while he was filming and also experiencing depression and eating disorders. She emotionally manipulated him while he was in his mentally darkest time of his career. He didn't expose her, but his former agency released private messages to Dispatch because they were upset he didn't stay with them.

Banned for what? Offending you?
