2:23 is indeed a Commander 1. The Commander 2 looks and sounds just like the 3, but is just fixed candela. Plus the 1 sounds like a GX93.

The science museum near where I live has Gentex Commander 1's. Never heard one go off in person, but I would love to hear it.

you can also tell if it is a gentex commander 1 if the writing is smaller, bolder, and on the side of the horn. The 2 and 3 have thinner, larger font and it is on the side of the strobe/ on the plate that connects to the alarm
