I raised three kids and the first thing I did when I got them home from the hospital was to throw out all the instructions given me on how to feed infants. My children were given table food as soon as they were able to swallow. Mashed potatoes with gravy made soupy at four months. Broth. Applesauce. My grandma raised nine children without enfamil or bottled baby food. None have food allergies and all were healthy and active
So true, I’m from a foreign country and never heard of any allergies until I moved to US and growing up there they give babies everything adults can have once they start feeding.

Just go to Francis Collins at NIH and Fauci, medical conferences for my 40 years in medicine only allowed the University doctors to give talks. I asked head of infectious ds at a top 10 medical center to let me see the studies on COVID vax, can’t do it!! When was first time AAP studied cereals for kids?? When did AApeds go to border under Biden, never!!
Just like every system including "governance", there is a tug between "good" and "evil" and the current medical system is tied to politics & industry which is run for PROFIT, and not for the the larger good. Unless the incentives are there to promote the larger good, instead of PROFITS in a corrupt "system" --- NOTHING IS GOING TO CHANGE IN HEALTH CARE.

Am so encouraged by this episode and l am officially "elderly"... Discovered functional medicine during the pandemic thru youtubes and actually long for type of medical approaches described here. Conventional medicine is almost totally reliant on traditional medicine when l am looking for preventional med (and l dont mean the endless recurrent routines -- but little or no emphasis on food as medicine,etc). I do what l can to protect my microbiome and avoid being put on endless prescription routines. Am sure l am considered non-compliant.. Doesnt help that it seems the few local functional practictioners seem to not take private or public insurance (?) Hope the general public finds out what is going on and demands better (not-status quo) med care. Otherwise, only the rich would end up getting the most appropriate, effective care
My husband had a stent. My mum had 2. They have done fine. Not clear about that part. Agree with the estrogen, vaccine usage, the lack of unbiased data release etc. It's about money all the way. Not about humanity's welfare.

Low-fat diet bias here - still moving from one extreme to the other. High (especially saturated) fat clogs up the liver causing all kind of problems. There needs to be a balance!

HRT in menopause sounds very appealing from what they are saying, but then I remember how birth control pills (given to me because of PCOS) skyrocketed my anxiety and depression and ruined my mental health and life for several years, until I started suspecting them and stopped, and got better. So I am not so sure if I want to risk that happening again,. As I understand birth control pills contain the same hormones as HRT for menopausal women?
One never can be certain wats going to happen after a stent. A neighbour died of heart failure after weeks of getting a stent. Autopsy revealed a Clot at the very spot stent was placed

But caution to pay attention to using appropriately timed feeding of only the milk produced at that time. Don't mix 'day milk' and 'night milk', the hormone signaling will be teaching the baby wrongly for best physiology consistent with time of day and location. IMHO.
How did You promote the Covid shot when it did so much damage. Significantly more damage that you did good are the main for life guide. My cousin died. My brother-in-law died. My carrier died.
