the food is called khao-kluk-kapi, basically kaow means rice, kluk means mixed and kapi is shrimp paste. We usually eat with side dishes like omelet, chinese sausage, chillis, red onion, dried shrimp, lime, raw mango, sweet pork and long bean. and mix everything together!
