I like these marriage videos you’ve been making, I got married a few months ago so it’s always tough finding the right advice when it comes to marriage which is why I consult with people with healthy marriages who’ve actually been married for a long time over the red pill guys who stay single while giving relationship advice Would love to see more videos on this topic, nice and short but informative Jazakallah khair

JazakAllah Khair bro for the vid and advice, alhamdulillah i just got married to my wife back in December and yeah I've started to already understand the importance of dropping arguments/debates when continuing them is less conducive to enhancing/preserving the love between spouses. There's a really good quote that inshaAllah some brothers can remember in the future: "We suffer more often in imagination than in reality."

Apart from the fact that you don't look experienced enough to be giving marriage advice, I find it very... interesting how you justify men not doing their part (something that they have promised to do, as per your own example) with "being busy". So I wonder, would you think the same if tables were turned - if she forgot (or was to busy to do in the promised time frame) to do what she has promised, would you justify that as well?

Yes, he does not need the wife's consent to marry a second wife, but you can't say it's none of her business when your actions can cause her emotional distress, she has rights over you too. They are human beings. You're supposed to handle the situation with emotional intelligence, women are naturally jealous, even the sahaabiyyaat were. You lost me when you started bashing feminists. Nearly all of the most influential feminists were married at some point so saying they discourage marriage is factually incorrect. Red-pill guys justify and glorify abuse, manipulation, infidelity, etc. I am critical of Western feminism but that comparison was crazy
@ramialkhaleel
@ramialkhaleel 3 месяца назад
The founding mothers of feminism advised against marriage as they considered it legal prostitution lol… even tho some were married themselves they spoke against it. A red pilled guy would say the same thing you said about red pill. Just because you’re a woman you have an affinity to feminism just like guys have an affinity to red pill. They’re both extreme ends of a spectrum and Islam is in the middle and does not need either ideology. You yourself said you’re critical of feminism so why are you upset at my general statement?
@canttouchthis193
@canttouchthis193 3 месяца назад
@@ramialkhaleel who exactly are you talking about? Even still, founding mothers which is, what, the ladies in the 1850-1930's, you're comparing to guys in modern times? Why would a girl seeking marriage today look to the founding mothers of feminism for advice, that doesn't make sense. Being critical and then saying lies about them are different things. Feminism is not the extreme end of a spectrum. I think your perspective is skewed. There are many male feminists and male and female feminist academics throughout history and in modern times. Red-pilled guys are idiot RU-vidrs lol I really liked your last video on marriage advice because it felt fair, not biased to men or women. This was a disappointing take and I'm just offering my insight as a Muslim woman that's both educated and God-fearing. You can take it or leave it, may Allah guide us all.

@@canttouchthis193 I'm talking about Mary Hays, Sarah Fielding, and Mary Wollstonecraft. The movement was built on the backs of these people so their ideology is the basis of modern feminism. Are you arguing that modern day feminists don't tell women not to get married and have kids? They don'y encourage women not to listen to their husbands? Do feminists operate from fully Islamic paradigm? No, they have their own ideology and liberak definitions of rights and rulings. Just like there are people who call themselves feminist Muslims who don't fall into extremes there are red pillers who call themselves red pill Muslims who don't fall into extremes. But since those extremes exist people fall further and further into it. It does not make sense to disagree with me calling out feminism while articuliting that you have problems with feminism yourself.
@saribhaider3985
@saribhaider3985 3 месяца назад
why the f we need feminism and red pill shit in our religion from the start i have seen both of them destroy lives , we have islam for that problems . why that comparison was crazy when we actually see muslim women using feminism to use against their marraige and lives of thier husbands life just like red pill men .

Asalamualykum akhi. Is it not better to not discuss polygyny with your wife until you are at the final stages of setting up your next marriage? Because you don’t need your wife’s permission to get another wife. And if a man were to discuss pre-nikkah about his intention to marry another, 99% of women would refuse to marry him. So I believe it is wiser for the man to marry his wife and not bring up nikkah at all, spend time with her to make sure she feels loved and secure, and then once she has completely fallen in love with you, the man can work on getting a second wife without the first wife’s knowledge, and only tell her once the preparations are finalized. Of course, this varies from woman to woman, maybe the wife is open to letting the husband get a second wife. What do you think, akhi? Jazakallhu khayran.
@tahsintahsinuzzaman781
@tahsintahsinuzzaman781 3 месяца назад
Bruh if you say yourself 99% of women would not get a nikah if polygyny was discussed, why would that be any different after the nikah, do you not see the issue here lol
@Nookriy
@Nookriy 3 месяца назад
@@tahsintahsinuzzaman781 Asalamualykum bruh. Because, bruh, pre-nikkah your spouse knows nothing about you, therefore it’s easy for her to reject you because she doesn’t lose anything. Post-nikkah, in which you shower your wife with love, affection and security, she will be more willing to hear you out on your polygyny since she is now in love with you and will lose a lot if she decides to divorce, and it will be a hard decision for her to divorce.
@chrzrd.
@chrzrd. 3 месяца назад
That's some messed up mindset. You're still misleading her if you tell her after marriage, especially if you're certain "99%" will say no to it. She also has her right to ask for divorce if she's not happy with it, considering it's written in their nikkah contract. Allahu a'alam.
@Nookriy
@Nookriy 3 месяца назад
@@chrzrd. You can try, akhi, pre-nikkah to state that you will be trying for polygyny and see what happens. This ‘messed up mindset’ is not my own, but advice given from more knowledgeable people than me i.e Sheikh Assim Al-Hakeem (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-S4vDmaH_ZSg.htmlsi=bhVqc39I_qrMT0iq, 34:00). Can you imagine the stress your wife will go through every day from the first day of your marriage when she knows you are planning to get a second wife? And you say this mindset is messed up. If it’s stipulated on the nikkah contract that you will not get a second wife and you agree, then you can’t marry another.
