I want to thank you for everything you do!!! You've been my daughter's "coach" for the last 2 years.(she's only been throwing maybe a combined 3) She's learned so much & Friday she's going to be entered in one of your programs. She has high expectations of her self & with all the FREE content you share I have no doubt you'll get her to where she wants to be with a program. What would be the ratio for determining the potential distance thrown by an athlete with different weight implements? Like, if i were able to shotput 8kg 12m then how far can i throw 5kg?

Please please do a video on Shot Putters 40 and up, what days to throw and what days to rest, it's very challenging at this age to recover from both! Thanks, love the content! Very informative
