My cheap Audi S5 V8 is fixed and back on the road lowered and with the new BC Racing coilovers fitted, its now time for more modifications. Lets start unboxing the bodykit and installing upgraded headlight bulbs...

I'd recommend you get the s5 instead of an A5 with the sound of the v8 and the looks of the car gets so much attention.

@@davic9433 It might not be about the looks or the sound... the s5 is twice as more expensive than an a5. Plus the gas prices, insurance and taxes

@@GuyFromLV exactly this I travel a lot for my work and so I need a new daily, so the taxes and Gass prices indeed need to be quite low

@@larspostma3375 get the 3 litre TDI engine. Sounds unreal probably the best sounding diesel after you open up the exhaust plus the power is really great 😉

@@larspostma3375 If that's the case well I guess the A5 make more sense. I have the s5 and the gas is not that bad If you drive like an elderly person I have a Porsche 4 cylinder and gas is similar except the tank is bigger. when it comes to insurance that really depends on the person and state I would assume. but w.e you get hope you enjoy it.

I bough my 15 Audi A5 last November and within a week my headlight went out so I changed both and man where they a pain to change out you really make it look easy!

I’m glad I found your channel some time ago as I’m big Audi fan, owned an A5 and now have S4 B8 with the same type of headlights, so definitely will upgrade xenon bulbs to led ones. Keeps it up man!

I bought the RS style front bumper for my old A3 about a year ago Mat. Fit like a dream. No modifications required generally the fitment on they’re stuff is pretty good. Hopefully you don’t have much hassle with yours. Gonna look great when the A5 is finished 😎

im doing this to my 2018 A3 ...i put a front spliter on it , dechrome, new rear diffuser now im waiting on the new side skirts and lowering springs... great video mate !!

You can actually buy just the Logo holder i did this on my A5 when i did the Rs conversion ,its about 10 bucks

The car has to get wrapped nardo grey. It's an Audi colour so it makes sense will look amazing with gloss black bits here and there and the new bumpers will elevate the looks of this car for sure. Can't wait to see how it turns out! Good luck on the build mate 💯💯

Hey Matt just got my alloys fixed at Alloyfix great job these guys found a buckle in one of my wheels ,true attention to detail so glad i caught your video ,the amount of wheels these guys are repairing there's a line of jacked cars from mercedes to audi waiting ,some great colour finishes available ,btw i also live in leicester the drive was worth it.

Thank you for the info about those headlights!!! The bulbs on my S5 drive me insane. I switched them from yellow to white, but it's still not great, and I thought I just had to deal with it. I will try the brand you recommended.

Least they sorted the headlights out on these. On my b7 rs4 you have to drop the front bumper just to change a side light bulb 😂 loving all the vids so far! Good to see the v8’s getting some love!

Bought a '14 S5 just a few months ago and have been watching these closely for mod ideas, keep em up! Kind of a longshot but have you or any of your mechanic friends experienced a creaking/rattle coming from around a wheel when going over bumps/mounting inclines? 2 mechanics have looked at the suspension on the corner it comes from and can't see anything wrong and one thinks it might be my axle for that wheel. Thankfully both mechanics heard it loud and clear so I'm not crazy.

Hi Matt, great work on the S5 and felt your pain with the rear suspension! Now you have fitted the coilovers and adjusted the ride height to your liking it might be worth getting a full geometry/suspension set up including getting it corner weighted, this will get you the most out of the upgrades you have fitted and make the handeling even better.

Warping the car makes perfect sense for the amount of money spent on paint you can wrap the whole car and if a panel gets damaged just reward it boom done can’t wait to see the colour or design you are going to go for another quality video btw👍

Mate, that cars gona look so good with the RS5 kit on it. Love the ride height now. Looks just right to be honest. Any lower and it would look silly. Carnt wait for the next one man.
