ur lowering the q damage for more q casts, the damage per mana is gonna be pretty much the same. the only difference is now the damage is dealt over a longer period of time which is crap

I think his wrong this time, one of the funniest things in sion are his kamikaze passive, sometimes you do a good damage on structure when you use all the actives and can't kill, now you can't so I think they actually change sion and is less funny that's why play% is lower

@@vladudrea9747 while true most people forget that its a flat damage plus the max hp percent plus bonus damage percentage. These are also all amplified by the first strike bonus modifier so its almost always more damage by the end of 4 seconds and only like 40-60 less damage in the first second. If you always have first strike when ulting its always more bonus gold you will get regardless of targets. Very small chance night harvester would secure a kill over liandries.
