I have shining Charizard. It was a present from my mom more than 15 years ago. When I got it, I didn't know the value of it, but recently, I was searching for it, and I found it!!!! Thank you mom!!!!
@Kristian ur best option to get these cards is game stop since they open in the after noon go at 11:30 and wait and walk in front of the scalper before they get any so you can get some cause Walmart pokemon scalpers go at 6AM in the morning and wait I suggest game stop is ur best option if those don't wanna wake super early in the morning
That’s the same here. I got a Shining Fates ETB from my local EB Games and I was able to get a Shiny Charizard Vmax and also a Gold Card Eternatus Vmax. The most luckiest ETB I ever got and I have terrible luck when it comes to Pokémon TCG
This is by far my fav set to collect from. Considering I've opened a Shiny Vstar box last year for my birthday, and I got one of these ETBs on Christmas, I can't get enough of this set!

I'm in USA and cards are VERY hard to find at stores!!! I have been a collector since 1999 when I was 9 years old, and it's now so hard to get cards at stores now that it's hard not to give up... BUT I will NEVER give up! Thanks for your videos! You and Leonhart are the only two I watch!

I’m not one to make many requests, but scalpers are getting out of hand. I am 12 years olds, and I only have so much money (from chores, and my birthday). When I go to the store with my mom, I can never find Pokémon cards because they are all gone. I have resorted to shopping online for cards, and that is sooooo difficult. All of the cards are either sold out or selling for insane prices. Like I said I don’t have much money, so when I see $20 boxes selling for $75 it’s just really disappointing. I feel like if an influencer like you just makes a video addressing this problem, it may be able to help it. Please just consider this, because kids like me just want to have fun, and scalpers just make that very hard. I hope at some point scalpers will be gone, but for now, I don’t really expect you to see this, but if you do, please just think about it. 😊 (PS, I know this was off topic, but I felt like it needed to be said)
You can complete a set for less than what it would cost you to pull these cards. Besides the charizard, suicune and skyla, the rest can be found for less than 20. Considering there are 122 shiny vault cards, 3 amazing rares and over 40 recerse holo's (they all take up the reverse holo place in a pack), it would take 165 packs minimum... even at retail of 5(ish) a pack, that is 825! The pull rates for these (ignoring duplicates) are probably 3-4 packs, so that gives a total of around 2475-3300 for a master set. It is honestly waaaaaaay cheaper to complete this set as singles. Not as much fun obviously, but these be the facts. Sucks that you cannot collect, but even if you was an adult with a job, it is still expensive.
There have been plenty of videos addressing the scalpers problem but it's not helping. Just find out when your local stores stock their shelves and make sure you go then. Its really not that difficult
dont rely on local stores anymore , just find legit online sites , i usually prefer to go to TCG player , they have all sets , singles , promos ,etc at MSRP
Always seek out recorded delivery on ebay and read the description! Make yourself aware of what fake cards are labelled as (some say "proxy" others say "custom") and be aware that there are scammers who will try to sell you photo's/pictures and empty boxes. Your local LGS may offer lower prices as they do not nees to factor postage and packaging. Also,, haggle!

Hey I know this video is a year old but story time, today, 06-26-2022, I had 26 booster packs from Shining Fates, all I was hearing from him was Charizard this and Charizard that….and to myself I said “it would be funny if I pulled that card”….4 packs later I hit my dance because….I pulled the Shiny VMAX Charizard. It was so gorgeous to stare at honestly.
Ok. This is crazy but me and my daughter opened Shining Fates for the first time a few days ago. We decided to get the Shiny Dragapult VMAX box. Not even joking we pulled the Shiny Charizard VMAX on the very first pack. I filmed it and it's gonna be on my other channel called Collectors Corner. It's crazy this guy had that many elite trainer boxes and out of one single pack, my daughter pulled it.
I mean the scary/frustrating part is that 1/271 for the shiny Charizard is just an average. Just like to flip a heads is 1/2. But we’ve all flipped 3 heads in a row easy enough. So you could definitely get it less than 271 packs but you could also realistically not get it in 542 or even 813 packs. You have the same odds of it taking 813 packs as you do to get 3 heads in a row.
