They already have them. They are part of MSC, Military Sealift Command. Some of them are over 900 feet long.

As for the ship fire, Google the cause, and to the comment below of it says zero emissions on the side… No it doesn’t, it says “zero emissions in port” a huge difference. As I say, don’t believe the hype. People can’t spout the media lies then use the media as evidence that EV’s are dangerous 😂 can’t have it both ways folks.

Nobody talks about the pollution to mine the toxic elements used to make the current battery for the vehicles. Fossil fuel is essential to producing a cleaner energy form... government forced changes will cause suffering rather than letting society evolve gradually.

They have their own ramps, as long as the draft isnt too shallow they could in theory dock anywhere.
