Loved that you included Gabon, it is one of my favorite seasons. Despite Crystal's challenge prowess, I am glad people commend her for convincing Susie to flip
I don’t remember exactly but wasn’t everyone going to vote her out anyways? So whether or whether not Ciera wrote her mom’s name down, she would’ve left anyways.
@@JJenkinns Yup it was a pointless "flip" to prove herself to an alliance that she would turn against literally the next vote. But it played to the season so Jeff and the Producers acted like it was the biggest move since Hatch dropped out of the Final Immunity Challenge
this is why cagayan is the best season of survivor. Everything you ask for is in there amazing comebacks, llama talking, amazing blindsides for a newbies season they were insane.
i will never get over John The Rocket Scientist listing off galu’s dumb moves that he was largely responsible for, or at the very least actively participated in lmao. honestly i wish samoa focused on the collapse of galu more, it’s the most entertaining aspect of the season for me.
@@demo2823 yes! Had Tai activated the Super Idol to save Scott, it meant that the person with the next highest number of votes gets voted out instead-- which happens to be Tai so...
Not sure this would fit your style, but thinking about the way Lex and Kathy FELT like Rob flipped and backstabbed but we as the viewer were more positioned to think Rob was never with them in the first place - it could be interesting to look at older seasons that might be presented differently with modern editing choices or how "the edit" might have changed our perception. If we followed Lex and Kathy as characters and Rob wasn't our narrator, would we expect a different outcome? In a modern season would the show have tried to hide Rob and Amber a bit more to avoid an obvious winner pair edit? What other major survivor moments might be remembered differently if they had been edited with the modern style?
Samoa really would've been truly phenomenal if Russell got a normal or slightly heightened amount of confessionals. There was no good reason to give him over 100 and the winner like 15.
The thought of flipping on Wigglesworth in season 1 was huge at the time, just not executed. The first flip could be considered Colby flipping to align with Tina in season 2, which set up both for great success
I WANT MARCUS BACK FOR SURVIVOR 50!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HE HAD SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH POTENTIAL GOSH HE WOULD BECOME A SURVIVOR LEGEND IF GIVEN ANOTHER CHANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Edit : And John Carroll too, he is sooooo underrated!!!
Jonathan betraying raro for a not so good reason. If he agreed to flip but them didnt the idol would be flushed and it would be 4 v4 which is better then not flipping
I love flips and surprises, but Cochran... damn i hate the way he plays. (Nothing against his person, just his game, i don't like watching him at all and hated his winning season 😭)
I love Cagayan However, the way Kass and Whoo literally handed Tony the money pisses me off to this day. They could've voted him out. And to think that it could've been queen Morgan to do that it was between the two of them. I would've screaaaaamed for Morgan if he was voted out then.
