The guy doing the wheelie on his bicycle would have been a great camera man for you. Thanks for the time and effort for a amazing skate flow it's a great way to sit back and relax and enjoy the skate flow ride!!
I had to work through lunch. Normally I go skating on my lunch break. Now I want to leave work early to go skating NOW. Well, at least I'll be able to do a nice early evening skate later today. :)
Same here! I know I'm far from Bill's skills, smoothness and plain elegance on skates but, specially since I basically unlocked my hilly city in the last months/couple of years, been feeling kinda smooth and skilled myself, and can use my skates for daily commuting, I often imagine myself looking like him 😃 Still, whenever I have a moment of clumsiness, I keep hearing his "STAY LOW" inside my head. He's the main reason why I decided to pick up my teenage years skating and use them for spicing up my daily transportation, so it's just fitting that I have him in mind when I skate 😊
He is just the most punishing, punishing, role model... He's like the Sensei of Inline. The pilgrim comes to him, a willing student - but to even witness him is an humiliation... The pilgrim's pain and quiet tears of ungainly wretchedness are only part of the process - part of the price, on the journey toward ultimate enlightenment... Therefore, the pilgrim must remain diligent and strong.
Awesome Bill as usual, but I almost spit out my drink when you referred to that pigeon on the low fly by as a "Meat Missle" 😂 ... Classic! Love it man! Keep the great motivational vids coming... And Thank You!
Thanks for this amazing episode of flowcast, I know these must take a bit more time than a little IG vid. But i do think your voice makes the skating somewhat more enjoyable just like when your are listening to a audio book and the reader kind of fades out and you are not actually listening but just hearing his voice, and then hear him again and start listening (and hoping your didn’t miss a whole paragraph haha). No but I really liked this vid and am impressed at how far you can skate with just a few little breathing points. Keep rolling on, - Mark
Thanks so much Mark. Your comment was timely, as I'm struggling with the realization that putting my voice in videos results in significantly fewer views! A very nice review indeed.
@@BillStoppard no no man, I am always interested in what you have to say. Tough you may not had anything bound braking to say in this video like in some other flowcasts when you have a little story to tell is completely fine. I do finely remember the episode when you and your wife did one together in that mall, i just loved the chemistry that video brought haha. I just hope that putting your voice under a vid does not mean less views... Cause the RU-vid algorithm does do dirty shit like that from time to time.
@@markvv596 Haha yes, the dreaded bi-monthly RU-vid changes, are very hard to keep up with. I should ignore the math and listen to encouraging comments like yours!! I'll let Leadfoot know that episode is still a classic winner!!
I don't understand why would that be, the voiceovers are the best! You have such a perfect documentary narrator voice, always in the best possible sense. Your voice is mesmerising
Very nice ride. Your camera has a little glitch on the seams between the two lenses that's very distracting sometimes. This time it wasn't very noticeable but is still there 🤣
all 360 cams in cases have this issue, if I skated without a case I would lose at least one camera per month. Compared to having a selfie stick in frame, I love these images.
@@BillStoppard oooh I understand now, that make sense! Your channel is one of the reasons why I very recently got a pair of skates, in fact I got the flying eagle falcon as you recommended them and they where on my budget!
I bought inline skates the seba high 80 but my feet hurt. Do I need to get another insole or do feet take time to build up tolerance? I’m a heavy guy 280 . Thanks 🙏 you inspired me
..."sometimes the pavement gives your feet and your toes a very enjoyable sensation".....and some times (with the help of gravity/lack of concentration or skill)....it gives your knees a somewhat less enjoyable sensation :)
"There's a little pressure on skaters to make things happen during their videos" @8:41 ***stops between a Maserati and a hot chick, in front of an Indian restaurant***
I’m the only one I’ve ever seen skating in my town. I just don’t think in-line skating is very popular. I did have a dream I saw somebody else on the skates last night and I thought they were copying me.
