Goal: Cain vs. Isaac [Hard Difficulty]
Spiciest Items: Sack Head, Lord of the Pit, Maw of the Void, Dark Matter, The Book of Belial, Brain Worm
First out of the gate for July is Cain.
Not a great start either.
When Maw of the Void dropped it seemed like a bit of a turning point though.
Reaching Boss Rush was touch and go today.
It took awhile getting through them all, although it did get easier with the stacking of The Book of Belial.
Was nowhere near quick enough to get to Hush today. This may be just as well as health was very low at It Lives.
I had one soul heart for a painful amount of time in the later run, took a fair amount of damage all throughout (probably a Hard Mode issue).
Lazarus' Rags were a safety net though.
I'd probably skip this one today if going for a streak, not really much fun and I nearly kicked the bucket at one point π
