Hello everyone and welcome to The Bio Dude Inc RU-vid channel! I gave a tour at the beginning of 2020 when we first moved into the building and since then we've made a lot of changes to our look and how we run things. Join the Dude for a tour of our Showroom, Order Fulfillment, Green House & Manufacturing. Not only will you meet some of my staffers, you will join me as I walk you through some of the exciting changes here at our Point of Sale and what we're doing to ensure your orders get to you as quickly as possible while making sure our orders are accurate when they get to you. A huge accomplishment this year was launching of our 100% recycled shipping line, our flat rate shipping of $14.95, route insurance and launching of selling live CB animals at the Bio Dude Houston. Not to mention a 55% growth during a pandemic for the year of 2020. Huge accomplishments.
This video is just to show you guys the grind myself and my staff go through everyday. Harris County has many restrictions and local laws for business' to follow for COVID19, so keeping up with all OSHA requirements, employee safety, customer safety and of course the safety of our animals. Blood, sweat, grind, tears, risk and love for what we do are why we are so successful --- We wear masks to keep us safe and to keep our clientele safe. Since we have operating hours open to the public that is why we wear them and they are also required by Harris County and the state of Texas.
As many of you can see is that we have already outgrown this building in only a year! 2021 will be bringing a Bio Dude owned 40,000 square foot warehouse by Q4, we will be expanding our live animals and breeding programs, expanding our product line and of course looking to always get out prices down to make them more ascertainable to all!
