I’m nearly 66 and I’ve just signed up for a three year course. Poop to getting old. My hubbie is 67 and not only works but has just joined a rock band. I’ve just set up a spiritual group so I’m getting busier by the day. When I’m Not doing that I garden on a huge garden on a hill. I’m always building things for the garden.

checkout dr Berg on keto diet, i have been practicing and investigating and reading for two yrs now and my conclusion is that carbs(sugars) are the cause of people's poor health(heart disease diabetis, alzheimer, arthritis, most of the chronic disease can be reversed with changing the crap people are eating (yr body needs fat and protein) processed food is terrible and refined carbs(especially wheat and sugar combined is slowly making medical industry rich and you and medicare broke and slowly in the grave

@@Changeworld408 100 percent. I was told I had prediabetes.. the doc have me metformin and sent me to a dietician.. who saved me from a life of metformin as a gateway to insulin. Dietician!!! First she said. I'll tell you but you won't listen, no one does, they listen to the doctor who most of the time is not a diabetes specialist.. She had me use the metformin with food and cardio.. to get the excess weight off, which happened pretty fast and harmlessly, I went from a 6/7 to a 1.. because guess what!?, my bmi was 104, and that extra weight took me to borderline obese for my frame. 5 years later, it's still off. I was on metfprmin for about a year and a half lowering the dose which my doc couldn't believe.. never saw that happen. Dietician said, bad diet, accumulates a fat around the pancreas and under the rib cage edge in the front. It won't go away till you use up the other fat stores. Hence getting to your bmi.. doctors don't know it or just don't tell you. My doc did not know about it. Dietician had me eat 33/33/33 percent meat protein, fiber , and carbs.. not HAVING to have the carbs, but if you do, they can not ever be more than 33 percent. And if you take dessert, it gets split with the potato, rice, pasta.. so if you want dessert, you eat less than 33 percent potato, and you can have the dessert. I did most of it carb free, but I can say, I can totally enjoy and savor a bit of brownie with ice cream, a one inch square of brownie with a couple tablespoons of ice cream. Lasts like ten bites that I savored. But I ate mostly meat and veggies. Meat portion no more than 5 Oz, unlimited vegtables.. but no less than 5 Oz. I was never hungry, never felt deprived, appreciated the carbs and sweets when I wanted them. But never craved them . All of a sudden I was 104. And my a1c was normal.. I woke up, had breakfast. Stating with just a couple Oz of oatmeal, an egg, whatever, I'd never eaten breakfast till past noon. THAT WAS MY RISK FACTOR, not eating breakfast. After breakfast I took metformin, then half hour later, I raked leaves, swept my rugs, moved rocks around, got on my stair stepper, whatever was going to raise my cardio. Did tgat for 20 to 45 minutes, and got on with my day,, that's it. The weight came off and my a1c normalized.. 5 years later, it's still routine. It's the way the body is supposed to consume, like hunter gatherers, not the great American diet.. that's a lie.. We are here for an experience , and it's a much better one when you are healthy. You can spend less on a clean diet simply because you eat less because the nutrition is there. Not Bair and switch as prepackaged and sweets fool the system.

The information doesn’t change. Hearing it in different interviews helps retain and thus helps to execute. If you’re looking for new info, you won’t find it. Bible wrote this same story thousands of years ago.
