I couldn't stop crying. I thought about how beautiful life is, I thought about your daughter knowing the world for the first time. How a life can be created within our body. It's so beautiful. And the strength of women when giving birth, your strength Keelin and how the body helps everything to happen. Thank you for sharing this. It inspired me a poem. Sorry if it sounds bad or weird, I was thinking about life and births and the image of your baby came to me. Also, I speak in Spanish so maybe it doesn't make much sense in English. But I hope you like it 🥰. Joni Mitchell was playing the moment she came into the world, what a beautiful coincidence as Both sides now couldn't be more fitting of a song about changing your perspective on things as your life changes and as you grow older. I think you really don't know love untill you hold your baby for the first time. What a blessed life this little girl will have with such inspiring noble lovely people around her to show her the beauty of clouds, love and life. ❤️

@@SElisa15 thank you!!! tbh back then i didn't think anything of it, it just made me feel very misunderstood, on my own, and isolated. he could have said "i'll do the best i can to help you through it", but instead he said things like "so many women give birth" like i just had to suck it up instead of him being supportive. those are the things i can now look at from a distance with a clear mind and think "fucking disgusting". i've learnt so much about where to draw the line next time.

What a lovely positive experience, reminds me so much of mine in 2020. Was almost identical for me in the birthing suite, had episiotomy and forceps but it was so nice after my first being emergency CS. The midwives really are amazing, the genuine excitement for you and happiness adds to the experience. Congrats x
