​@@imcach damn Apple changing things. thank you for all your hard work. i think recording's a good method regardless, the alternative is using yt-dlp/ffmpeg with -ss and -to commands/an alias but it's not that simple to do. In short (powershell/terminal): function cv ($1,$2,$3,$4) { yt-dlp "$1" -f bv*[ext=mp4]+ba*[ext=m4a] --downloader ffmpeg --downloader-args "ffmpeg_i:-ss $2 -to $3" -o $4; } (remove $1,$2,$3,$4 if in linux, leaving brackets. put in $profile (windows) or .bashrc to make persistent) then use with (adjusting as necessary): cv ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-iwUW1DDAtF4.html 31:00 31:05 output makes original quality clips within those timestamps as output.mp4 without downloading anything extra
