The way Anthony and Tracee reacted when Jimmy said let's call out the kids is exactly how Dre and Bow would have reacted.😂.😂.😂 Even the "car argument" is something you would witness in the Johnson family kitchen during an episode. The chemistry they all have with each other is that of a real family.
I am not ready to say Goodbye to Blackish 😭 This is our family night show. I still remember watching the first episode when it premiered. Watching the kids grow up was so much fun. Thank you for such a amazing show ❤️
YAS. Marsai Martin is hilarious and she's very talented as an actress. I'm glad Black-ish was so successful and spanned Grown-ish with Yara and even Mixed-ish.
After not having an all-Black Family on TV for a decade Black-Ish proved once again it was important and possible. Traci Ross is an amazing actress she has no children but played a great TV mom! Everyone learned and grew together you all will be missed but more than anything appreciated!
As a Cameroonian (West African),I enjoyed watching a middle class Black American family on TV. It's so beautiful to see people that look like me on TV with great family values
I love this show. Sad to see it go but glad it's going out on its own terms instead of turning into one of those shows that should've been canceled seasons ago
I cried because I know this is the last show. This show is/was Black Excellence represented weekly for 8 years! Love this show…. Can you recall Dre’s (i.e. Anthony Anderson) speech at work on how he felt when Sen Hilary Clinton lost the Presidential Election or the episode regarding the celebration of Juneteenth amongst several other outstanding episodes. Blackish did black culture right; while schooling others in the process!🤩🤩🤩
Marsai Martin as Diane especially when she got older and those hilarious exchanges with Deon Coles's Charlie were the fumniest bits on the show, job well done, will miss the show but the reruns have already started on some channels..
Great impression by Anthony describing the Pit Bull hysterical thanks for this interview Jimmy it's a shame Girlfriends never got a proper farewell nor interviews like this they deserve one best wishes to the cast & crew of Blackish.
Mrs.Ruby and Mr. Pops" brought a real Black Grand Parents feel to the show. Grands are highly regarded in traditional African American families. Congratulations Kenya, you did a great job. Thank an HBCU education for preparing you.
I loved this show so much!! There were so many educational moments and lessons, I’m going to miss it. When all the cast were together talking you could feel their energy and how well they all connect. When they talked about that car promise, I felt like I was listening to my own family. And that’s how this show always made me feel, like family. Similar stories, upbringing similar everything. 💕 ❤️
This will be never an unwatchable show💯 I used to watch this everyday my family was extra with me watching this. I will watch this show everyday now till this day one of the incredible sitcoms ever so let’s salute 👍
Wow!! I am going to really miss their show. I saw the last episode and it was like saying goodbye to some old friends. They really act like family and that explains why the show was soo great.
This show I have been watching for so long! It’s sad it’s coming to an end but I know that the future has something worked out for them. I love Yara and grownish I cried when that season finished even tho I know another is coming but now with the 6 castmates.
I enjoyed Blackish because it was funny simple as that and also relatable to me as black person with a diverse background in my family there are so many ways to identify and present as black and blackish really did a great job at portraying that !
That's great that they have this amazing bond!!! I've never seen full episodes but I will definitely watch this show years from now. I love that there's so much love and respect for each other.
I seriously don't understand why people feel the need to comment that they haven't seen an episode of the show that's being talked about... What do you gain from that? As a matter of fact, why are you even watching an interview of a show you haven't even seen, making comments that you haven't seen said show?? There's just so much illogicality in such actions 🤦
The chemistry between Anthony and tracy is so real that I have a hard time believing they really not married and I feel a twinge of jealousy for tracy anytime I see Anthony with his spouse🤬. But thank you for giving us show that would remain in our hearts forever.
Truth is as an African we don't understand what African Americans are going through,we feel they have so much why complain but truthfully blackish made me understand it's not a walk in the park, really this show mean so much to me than the comedic monologues from it, hope something comes up.🥺😭🌚
I absolutely LOVE THIS SHOW 🥰 And watching the kids grow up over the years and become their own person and branch off into Grown-ish!! Amazing show!!! And I just adore Tracee ❤❤❤❤ Bravo!!! So sad to see the LAST episode 😢
I really enjoyed watching the show BLACKISH, ITS ONE OF THE BEST SHOWS ON TV. I SURE HOPE ANOTHER ONE COME ON WITH ALL ALL THE SAME CHARACTERS. A GREAT INFORMED SHOW.
My favorite show of all time and i only put it above Atlanta because it’s something the whole fam can watch 🔥almost brought a tear to a real ones eye to see it go🥲
Loved the show. Was never sure why Rainbow would end up with a barely moral immature child like Dre, but the show was well written, well cast...but I do wish they would bring mixed-ish back, that one was Muuuuuuuchhhh better!
