Red is her father.

I know it's been awhile since you wrote that. But the woman we know to Be Katarina - Red also called her Katarina so I assume she is Katarina. So if Red isn't Katarina who is he? I also remember - he whispered to Kirk and Kirk immediately let him go.... I also thought it was something like "I'm Katarina" - but again now we know that isn't the case. I think about this show a lot - - and I sense the answer is so simple and plain...but I can't figure it out. I don't think Kirk and Ilya are done in the show yet. Somewhere there , is the answer.

@@MPDLR its pretty simple .....red is red and he is her father .He used the same technique used to "change DNA " like shown before in the series .He also said her father was dead because the man he was died that night and he became who he is now.

@@ghostwriter8631 But wasn't Katarina sleeping with Raymond Reddington back in the day and had a daughter with him and NOT with Constantine?

@@MPDLR the person that we have always known as red has assumed that name since he was with katarina .He was a agent then and was undercover assuming the name of the og red .He is and has always been her father.Also the night of the fire katarina returned to the hotel with nothing but soot on her and not burned like red .They also said in the episode where they where trying to get liz to remeber her past that the roles she remembers may have been reversed .she didn't shoot her father but a agent attacking her mother after subduing red and he was left to burn in the fire .Red that we know worked for the cia at the time.

@@MPDLR also after doing some research the picture of red that is used to put on bulletins is from the same time he became a fugitive to the u.s. government and predates the fire ....so she couldn't have transitioned at that time even if it was a thing ,which it was not.

It’s not gone from Netflix, I’ve been watching the last few weeks. In the middle of season 4 now, first time watching the show. Can’t wait to get all caught up!
