Astaghfirullah is EXTREMELY POWERFUL. I have seen GREAT benefits. Keep a counter in your hand and do it constantly for atleast 6 months. Your life may change after a week.
As per my Knowledge just repeating it will not work, If i keep things simple, It should be focused Astagfirullah, it shouldn't be you're watching a movie and in parallel you are receiving Astagfirullah, Don't multitask it in these things, But you can multitask while walking, driving, travelling,cooking , cleaning. This is the promise of Allah from Quran, please don't leave it if you don't see anything happening in a few days, just stick to astagfar , and sooner or later you will see the miracles unfold
It is true. I have been doing it for less than a month aprox and I have started seeing positive Changes in my life. Also reciting daily surah Al baqarah
You can recite any, like “أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللّٰه” and the master of istighfaar, but make sure you don’t focus on the amount of times you recite but recite it with sincerity and humility.
