You need to do ruqya and hijamah and you need to exercise 3x a week go for running that helps. You will notice massive improvement if you do the above ans abstain from any sins how can we ask Allah for help if we are sinning, if you do make a mistake do istiqfar asap. Start doing dhikr in particular istiqfar the salawaat and hawqala everyday do as much as you can but be mentally mindful and present when you do them. InshaAllah you'll be cured. Start taking black seeds with honey as well everyday 3x a day and make sure you recite fatiha falaq and naas on it 7x and blow and then drink this like your medicine and ask Allah to cure you're anxiety and depression. Get out the house and to to the masjid don't isolate yourself may Allah cure you completely its possible
be active in Islam, read quran, do salah in masjid. spend more time with friends and family. goto gym, swimming, steam room. go for walks at the park etc. these activities are very theraputic. i suffered anxiety and depression 22 years ago. it took me less than a year to fight it out

Please pray for me brothers and sisters. I suffer epilepsy seizures mainly caused by lack of sleep and very low blood sugars as I am a type 1 diabetic. This time it was very upsetting because my 4 year old girl saw my seizures this time. She asked when I came round and asked how I was. She then said " mummy I was so scared for you ". I felt very tired and weak but upset that my girl has to witness this. My boy knows what to do , Alhumdollillah. My husband has to put up with this but he will always be understanding despite what other people may think. AllahaAkbar.

I am suffering from autoimmune illness but with the help of Allah I am going through it in an easy way. And i gott very close to Allah since I got diagnosed with this illness. Sometimes I get really upset and angry but then i remind myself that I have to be patient. I have also realised that autoimmune illness is a lifestyle illness so you have to lead a healthy life and eat health food. May Allah make me pure though this illness.
@ falak naaz may Allah cure you. Am idea could be look at Jordan peterson diet, he eats only beef and broccoli. Had a lot of autoimmune diseases that went away... and ofc may our beloved Lord make it easy for us.
My only brother (24 years old) lost his life after being in ICU for more than 15 days, my younger twin daughter (19 days old) lost her life after 19 days in the ICU. My grandma died in covid. Now I understood how much Allah has loves them and called them back.. all of these were Kaffara 💕💖 This is Allah’s qadr.. May Almighty Allah protect me and my family from all calamities/ a-fia..

If you wish others to pray God in your favour, you must first pray to God for the satisfaction of your needs, and then pray to God to accept the prayers of others made in favour of you.
Establish 5 daily prayers for it brings peace and pleasure of mind. If u are in a fix, offer two units of voluntary prayers and make DUA direct, God will grant you.

Yes it is an illness…it affects body and soul… cure is to listen to Quran daily and do zikr…abstain from evil activities…make sure your livelihood is halal…regular charity…InshaAllah will be cured…
There have been many afflicted with cancer and life threatening diseases who come to these realisations look up ali banaat if you haven’t heard of him already.
@@Tk-sh3bf Im talking about true suffering. Cancer is suffering but there is worse torture. And once people experience that how can they believe in eternal hell?
