This sounds amazing! I have to admit that I completely missed Yamaha's EX series. Don't know what I did during 1998 - 2000 when the EX series was build 🤔So BlueBeast was a real surprise to me but a great sounding as well. 😎👍

Reminds me of my old Yamaha CS6x. I had the PLG150AN and PLG PF boards. Wish i had got the DX board.

Love the nice, in stereo, warm sounds! Very well made. GM makes high quality sounding iOS sounds.

I always think I need the apps to sound like Doug Woods, but No! I need to learn to play like Doug Woods to sound like this.

Another nice collection of slightly retro sounds. The acoustic guitar presets really stood out to me though!

It also could load sounds from the AN1X, then you would massage them and assign control sets.

This software is great. However, I have the real thing. But I would love to get this software too. It would compliment my actual EX5 quite well

Couldn’t resist and had to have it. It’s great! Definitely eats up some storage, but it’s worth it for a high quality ROMpler on iOS, imo. Between this, PSP factory content, the other IAP, and Triton inside module, we’re pretty set 😎

Definitely some very good sampling has been done by the developer for this rompler. But does the name “Beast” refer to the 30GB of space it requires?

Back when the EX5 was popuplar, it was called the BlueBeast. As far as the file size, you can offload and stream samples from external hardrive.

@@jamalhartwell Whoa, the man himself speaking to me 😎👍. Thanks for pointing that out! I bought an iPad on sale and it somehow included 512GB of space. So the Blue Beast with its 30GB is sitting there in all its glory.
