I wonder how much these will go for on used market. Look at F82 GTS prices. 800 produced, a lot more hardcore than CSL & more bespoke hardwares in addition to software tuning. Msrp’d at 135k in 2016 dollars (166k in 2022 $), now pretty much all of them are trading for less than 100k and most have low 5k - 10k miles w/ pretty much showroom condition. Why? Because of bad value proposition. That $ increase over M4 is similar to base Cayman vs Cayman GT4, and the delta in driving experience between M4 comp & GTS was no where close to the Cayman pair. Crazy to see the same happening again in 2022.
This car is cool.... Until you realize you can buy a Z06 with options for less. And don't reply with "you can't get Z06 for MSRP".... You can't get this one at all since it's sold out!

It’s absolutely insane that a 6-cylinder engine can haul a car that weighs the same as a Subaru Forester to 60 mph in just 3.6 seconds. Just goes to show how far technology has gone to improve powertrains.
So he drives the BMW M4 CSL twice as fast as the recommended yellow speed signs. I can do the same in my lowly 370Z, but I understand the CSL can do it much easier. I understand he doesn't want to crash the car but I love to see a no holds barred drive on a mountain road. Not on a track because that always looks boring.

These are 2 seater cars, you don’t use the backseats in any of these cars either way. Plus m4s are way better then the z4. CSL is in a different league
