This interview is so so amazing! Thanks Bob! I resonated so much with Bret's experiences and especially going through therapy now and the questions you asked him, I was just like, same! It was just phenomenal and I am just so grateful for this whole interview to you both. Believe it or not it's such huge help and an impact, and I admire you both, so thank you!

I almost feel like I was being interviewed. Same exact things I did as a kid. Pause the video and tried to draw the character. Got into computers around age 8, self taught how to program an Apple //c, to display graphics and play melodies. My dream job is becoming an imagineer. Now that they control motors and lights with a computer, I also experienced programming a little chip set on a tiny motherboard that had pins and I can control motors, lights and sound, though learning assembly programming and coming up with a prototype electronic toy, I still have one of those chips that still works, I used it for community theatre to create a prop that an actor could turn on, have it play sound and light up, a music box with wires inside and you can see everything when you open it. Fun opportunities come at the right time. Now I'm a web developer, which I self learned around Windows 95, now I'm working for Hearst.

And growing up, I was a mimicker, learning how to do voices. I created voices for my pets, and talked to them that way.

This is great! I know Bret, and more so, his dad for many years, since we're both Model Train nuts! Their 1/2 scale Nature's Wonderland (ride on) train is totally amazing! Thanks!!

I'm excited to watch this one because my 13-year-old daughter does a pretty good Mickey Mouse impression on her own. She really does want to be a voice actor and Mickey is her inspiration!
