Seems like a testament of how toxic and manipulative he was. Many toxic partners I’ve seen tend to move really fast. He seems to have some narcissistic traits. They usually try to push things along fast because they can’t keep up their charade long term. He was lying about everything. It’s hard to keep that up long term.

Please, if you find yourself in a situation like this.... Lie. Lie your ass off. Say or do whatever you have to do to get out of there alive. Tell him you forgive him, you love him, whatever you have to so to walk out of there alive. As good as it might feel to defy him in that moment, that defiance might be the difference between life and death.

Domestic violence is too real. I survived a horrific situation in 2018 after almost losing my Life. I quite literally escaped in the middle of the night, alone, after several people i’d reached out to for help didn’t believe me-didn’t believe my Life was actually in danger, simply because my abuser was so “chill” and charming to everyone else. To anyone reading this: please don’t ignore red flags if you start to think someone in your Life may be an abuser, sociopath or other monster.

@koplaxklotory
@koplaxklotory 3 года назад
I see it differently, it's good cuz I personally think justice is an eye for an eye and if someone killed someone else then the killer should get killed cuz a couple of years in jail isn't justice at all, he killed himself and rid us from himself 🤷🏻‍♀️

This is why I don't believe in the death penalty - it lets them get away from the punishment of being removed from society and living out their days miserable in prison, thinking about what they did to get there. Given that a huge number of these criminals attempt to kill themselves in prison (or before getting justice), they obviously see it as a much easier solution for them than facing imprisonment.

With all do respect, THIS wasn't THAT!! Sympathize, empathize but don't change the details to fit your narrative and to say that girl died at the hands of an abuser is a gross error. For some reason abuse only resonates to "some" in the physical where this woman was HIGHLY abusive to this man emotionally. Abuse in any form is offensive and some will kill over that offense. She wasn't innocent and the shameful things she did caused her death, whether she deserved it or not. In this instance "victim shaming" is completely accurate.

I have a theory that he snapped, and it had to do with his time in Mexico for the production of I Love Money 3. Something that was revealed was the calls that were made between Jasmine and Ryan, he would call to see what she was up to, and she would tel him that he had better win this money. That toxic energy is what propelled Ryan to ultimately win; psychologically, him still getting shut down even after accomplishing those goals and still being told that she wanted to leave him boiled over, and while it’s not justifiable, him beating her was his way of airing out his frustration.

Agreed with the amount of days between part 1 and 2 it's easy to forget if a case was a 2 parter or not

Eleanor - you nailed the research on this one. Especially the part about how Ryan inflated his net worth. Ryan's dad was a self made real estate personality in Calgary Alberta and Ryan wanted to get himself into the family business. After Ryan had a brief involvement in the family business, Ryan's dad quickly decided it would be better for business if he paid Ryan an allowance so he could go live in another country. Ryan's dad was given the impression the some of the allowance money was being spent on business dealings in the US that would bring Ryan some income. When his dad realized what the money was really being spent on, the allowance was slashed.

He shouldn’t be. He didn’t know what was happening. And if he was with a new partner it wouldn’t be right to go and pick up your ex. Especially since they’ve had hook ups when she was married. He probably thought that was the reason she texted him. He shouldn’t feel guilty because he didn’t do anything, please don’t blame it or say that he should feel guilt.

@@erikagisselle88 I didn't say he should feel guilt. I said he probably does. My heart truly breaks for him as I feel he was her true soulmate If what we know Is true. The last text he recieved from her that night was saying she was coming to him. Anyone in a situation where they lost a loved one suddenly would feel terrible survivors hilt just knowing their loved one was thinking of them the night they died

I guess the ice was for his fists for swelling and also for her because ice stops the body decomposing and rotting so if he knew he was going to stuff her body in a suitcase, he also knew she would start to decompose and smell so that’s maybe why he needed ice for the both of them

Is it weird that I like to listen to Eleanor while I'm at work, smiling and laughing with customers?? Also, did anyone else giggle and/or snort and say "MySpace."? Cuz it wasn't really that long ago, but now MySpace is like the AOL of the online social sphere lol

its so sad to think that if they actually did their job and had a background check on him jasmine would still be alive. she would of never met him.
@reigee2869
@reigee2869 2 года назад
The agency VH1 would use to do background checks couldn’t do them for Canadian citizens, so they contacted a third party, a Canadian background agency, to do the background check on him and they reported back that he was clean. It sounds weird to say but it really wasn’t VH1’s fault entirely. It lies more on the shitty third party Canadian background agency.
