This movie made me think twice about going after my dream for music especially this scene scared me as a kid I would’ve been crying if that happened to me. Poor Rachel just wanted to show that no one was gonna scare her off! But at the same time Whitney’s beautiful voice and charming personality is what inspires me to continue to write music and sing. I also love Whitney’s and Kevin’s chemistry so much tension!

A nightclub Is not set up to have the kind of security a superstar like this needs. She should’ve been performing this in a theater not a nightclub.

Not to mention the star’s guards stay by close range, the club guards would guard the stage. If something like that happened real life, security would have probably been fired. Lack of control of a situation or replace the head of security.

This is one of the films I grew up with as a child in the 90s, I recall this whole scene with Rachel (Whitney) on the stage in the beginning where she throws off her hooded rode to reveal that amazingly stunning outfit which probably and most certainly took a lot of time and and effort to construct down to the minute detail and in a few short seconds was torn to shreds by the extras acting as crazed fans.
