so this character's deal (as paradoxical as it sounds) is a villain who wants the heroes to win imagine a really bad storm and you can't leave your house because of how dangerous it is but eventually you hear the birds singing and light peaking out from behind your curtains that sense of relief and positivity. happy chaos' whole goal is to send out bad shit for humanity to deal with and overcome "there's no way you'll believe me when i say this but i'm really hoping you guys win because, i'd like to see you again" ~Happy Chaos

This reaction is entirely deserved. I wanted the final song out of this first group of three to be a real oddball song that has great potential to either be one of people's favorites or at least show how unique the Guilty Gear soundtrack can be. Seems like this time it was the latter, but hey, there's plenty of others and I think I understand what you two like a little more now and might be able to select a couple of tracks that better suit your tastes. Also yes I'm glad you both caught on to the literal "Happy Chaos" of this theme! More Strive songs have been requested!

Happy Chaos is a person who brought magic to the world. At one point he went stir crazy, despite that he still was putting humanity first. He decided to become the world's villain to allow humanity to gather against a common threat. The theme Drift is chaos and crazy. Which fits the character quite well. The song lyrics in OST are heavily related to characters and if you do not know the story you might not catch things. I would recommend: Helfire - Leo's Whitefang theeme. Armor Clad Faith - Potemkin's themes Alone Infection - Faust's theme.

yeah. this one's is definitely a weird one. i get into a part of the song and it takes me away quickly. Definitely an oddball song, but i cant say i dislike it... just probably wont be on a playlist so whatever that means...
