Anupam Kherji looks so uninterested throughout. May be he didn't know about Mashable India or maybe he is not used to such concept of interview still he pulled off well. Siddharth ji was as usual at his best.

Sid today you have interviewed the only “actor” in Bollywood. He has done possibly every role that Bollywood has to offer. Such a senior actor but yet so humble and almost like a kid who is so excited about his latest release Unchai. That just epitomizes his creative hunger!!
Anupam Kher is such a great actor, and with this video it just feels he is such a genuine person also. Such a great interview, Hope The Bombay Journey does 100 more episodes!

The host needs to lose his hyderabadi accent and be less in awe of the interviewee. His overawed behavior overpowers the flow of the conversation, such as his typical hain kya? And his constant blah blah about drawing a link between him and the interviewee
His views on overall things Acting , Life , Politics , Sports etc. is incredible cause he has experienced life never shy of speaking the truth one of the greatest ever ❤❤❤

Huge respect for AK Sir…. But with due respect, he doesn’t seem his usual self… almost like he is drunk. He started (I felt) a bit arrogantly which rubbed off on Sid as well as he had to get on back foot…. Eventually it got interesting as expected. AK Sir is a wonderful human being with amazing experience and accomplishments 👍👍 So much to learn!
I feel that Siddharth always tries to show off his knowledge about food, roads, areas, history, famous food joints. I mean just to show off he interrupts the guest also. I have observed this in every episode but in this one it was a little too much. I mean Anupam Ji was so grounded and calm and here this guy is trying to show off. Just an observation, please take it in as a constructive criticism. Love this show anyway.
I remember Anupamji came to my place in Juhu too for ayurvedic meds for his hairloss from a renowned ayurveda expert in the 90's who would stay with us when in Mumbai!! 😀
It’s amazing that Anupamji managed to work over 550 movies plus so many TV series and plays and shows. And still when you think of performances only a handful of them come to mind. He has hamming it up in almost all his movies. Still all the big production houses kept repeating him in same pathetic way. Yet he keeps crying that he’s been ignored. He was never a dignified actor both on and off the screen. What a waste!

Just felt he was holding himself back. Didn’t feel real, very made up. I think the interviewer tried hard to beef up the energy, but to no avail. Maybe Anupam Kher wasn’t up for this
Met Anupam sir at Chicago airport in 2018. He was really really easy going and didn’t throw any starry tantrums. We spoke for quite a few minutes before boarding our flight to Toronto. We were in the same flight and he very gracefully told me how much he had struggled to achieve what he has achieved. I respect him as an artist and as a human.
how come Anupam ji having hard time wearing seat belt, holding it in hands, he travels internationally, should be familiar with it, regardless of how it looks or which city/place you are in, it's for your own safety
To this day, one of my favorite Anupam Kher scenes is the one of him trying to climb a ladder while wearing a blindfold in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, saying, “Seedi! Seedi!” after which Archana Puran Singh appears and asks, “Mr. Malhotra! Khud apne hi ghar mein choron ki tarah kyun ghus rahe ho?” 😂😂😂 It’s a simple scene but it is so elevated by Kher Sahab! His serious roles are always fantastic, including A Wednesday, but his comic timing and energy is FABULOUS!
Sid, love your show. And this was an amazing episode. Anupam Kher is so filter free. The conversation seemed so relaxed almost as though you both are chacha bhatija ! Absolutely enjoyed it!

@@Mashable_India the one where Anupamji was removed from saransh and before he decided to go back to Simla he gave one final shot and gave it back to Mahesh Bhatt. in life when we face rejections we need to give it back to the person with all our energy in anticipation that destiny will open the doors again for us which it had closed.
