Yesterday was watching Tumhari Sulu and couldn't stop laughing everything she did in the audition scene. I still feel Sherni was her best role even though the film went to OTT and she was great in Jalsa too. She just became better and better with each role
She is wonderful. I have a friend from Chembur who went to school with her. My friend said Vidya Balan is very sweet, nice and. a wonderful person since her school days. After years they ran into each other at a mall and Vidya recognized her and chatted for a while. There are no airs about her. Shilpa Shetty was also in that school, my friend didn’t have anything nice to say about her.

She is the og female powerhouse who changed the equation of female centric film since 2010 ishqiya, and being a Bengali and following her body of work since bengali debut "bhalo theko" days in 2003,i can assure everyone of us in the clan thinks that she is a girl next door and an almost reincarnation of Ray's charulata, madhabi Mukherjee..and post kahaani she has been an unofficial non Bengali brand ambassador of Bengal who can be seen in every Bengali essential product ads from jewellery,sarees to even borolin and coconut oil😂..vidya is genuine from heart and exudes positive energy always through her unabashed laughter..only wish her good things in life
An amazing easy-going attitude of Vidya and very good rapport between Sid and Vidya! Safety measures for safe driving, safety belts for both front seaters as well as back seaters were mentioned. Apart from that a very thoughtful measure mentioned by Vidya was that the driver should be well slept and well-fed.

I agree most people think Vidya Balan is Bengali. About 6-7 years ago ,I won a bet of $100 on this. My husband, his brothers and my sister in laws, all were so confident that Vidya is Bengali. :)

Lovely interview. Vidya Balan has always been a favourite. My name is Parinitha, so when her debut movie Parineeta released, I was fascinated. My name is based on the novella written by Sarat Chandra Chattopadhyay which the movie is based on. Everytime I am asked my name, I mention Vidya Balan's name and mention the movie. Interestingly, I am often called Parineeti and I believe it's because of Parineeti Chopra 😅 Another connection with Vidya Balan is that I did my graduation in BA from St Xavier's College, Mumbai just like her, but different batch. Vidya Balan is and will always be special to me ❤
i could relate to her as i have grown up living in chembur colony it was so lush green and quite place all the neighbors doors were open all d time and i as a kid we end up spending more time in our neighbor house

U guys r spitting facts about South Indian food and I have been in south India Andhra Pradesh for first 10 n half yrs of my life and the most devastating thing for me was when my father got transferred from there to UP😭😭😭😭I remember each and every corner of where I was in south, I get dreams of that place always...and i don't remember the place where I went after south as accurately as south, that's how much I loved south. Delighted to know Siddharth knows Telugu. I can eat south indian food for rest of my life but restaurants don't make it like it is supposed to. It's some delusional version of idli and dosa, glad my mom knows how to make it and m going to ask her each and every detail of it so that if I have to make it for myself I can make it like a original version.. in any case the south Indian dishes in restaurants out side of South is just atrocious. M glad atleast my bro n sis live there 😎😎🤘🤘
