Payne Killer Yessir, one and the same buddy...I was on those TefftPattern streams back when he started just doing them periodically and stuck around long after they started up 24/7. I still pop in here and there when I’m not chasing down specific clips for the 100th time...or I check in on the Down The Rabbit Hole streams when I get the chance. I certainly had some damn good times and encountered a lot of cool ass people along the way in that stream, that’s for sure. Some of the hardest laughs I’ve ever had came from that chat room.
All comedians have a problem with someone using their clout from something else to start doing stand up. They feel like these people didn’t go through the grind that they did to get the stage time. And they are somewhat right. Steve O had to go through the same thing. But now he’s been doing it for 10+ years and has earned some respect. Longevity seems to matter to these guys, and if you got fame from reality TV that gets you spots, I could see them having an issue with that.
Idk what it is, but you know that 99% Of the time, that if a group of Comedians are talking about a New Comic (that was famous from something else, & then tries to transition to Comedy) they are going to Trash them & be super critical Of every little thing..... It cracks me up when comics get all Self-righteous & Extremely critical about comedy or about another comics/New Comics/ comedy lol.... & Big Jay & Super Dan Soder are Hilarious & so quick with their quips/Comebacks/One-Liners/zings/Zingers/ZooDa’s/ Ziii-Ops/& Zoo-diddy-Doos Lol
I'm starting that one soon, just will take longer to make since it's over an entire episode. I hope they know that Bad Ben has a sequel called BaddER Ben
