Okay as a guitarist i have to stick up for Dane Cook a little. Dan ripped on his guitar playing in the live performance but it was actually shockingly well performed. Dudes chord transitions were on point. The song is sub par but his performance of it was well done from a technical standpoint. Also Dane Cook was the catalyst for me as a 12 year old getting obsessed with comedy. Obviously i found better shit over time but i wouldnt be here if Dane hadnt been there. So fuck it let the man sing. I wouldnt be a camper today if it werent for him.

I’ve heard Patrice defend Cook on O&A when everybody was hating on him but I agree he would’ve given him the business . Me personally never got his comedy and I hated his frat bro fans.

The only thing that I found annoying about Dane was his fans. This was when cell phones could only take a 15 second video, so you got all those idiots at his specials yelling at random times because they were taking a quick video to post on The Facebook.
