The book of Enoch was not banned don't mislead the people The book of Enoch was not considered because it was not written by Enoch It contradicts the Holy Bible, the true Word of God And is of no Spiritual value Its a myth. Preach the Word of God don't fiddle with books that have nothing to do with Salvation It will and can not save a lost sinner

Enoch does in fact have value and was even quoted in the NT. This title is a lie however and the books of Enoch aren't considered scripture for a reason. It's definitely something that was read and had some amount of authority though. The original King James Bible and Roman Catholics to this day have other Apocrypha in them though not Enoch's. The Ethiopian church did however which is where they were discovered by the English speaking world a little over 100 years ago. Protestants removed all of the Apocrypha that was added some hundred years after leaving the Roman Catholic Church because they were added later on though they were always in the Church and considered valuable. The reason believed for the removal is because that's where the idea of purgatory mostly came from. Note that Enoch was never included but for the Ethiopian church.
