the first movie was no where near scary it's just a guy who comes out the walls moving the doll that's it , ya'll went from complaining that the first movie was stupid then went from the second movie is trash
Kensia Twatts but the doll looks like it’s has evil intentions so probably a demon because ghost don’t bring harm. A vengeful spirit I might also be worried about.
i think they did it because the first film there was some suspense because we think the doll was cursed , but now we know the twist , they feel like they need to change it up a bit
The script writer sounds like he originally wanted to go the possessed doll route, but changed his mind and went with a real man in the walls for the first film.
This makes no sense, this doesn’t go well with the ending of the first film. He didn’t die. He was putting the doll back together at the end, it wasnt paranormal and that’s what made it different.
Yeah it's stupid how they try to make it into a annabelle type doll. The doll wasn't even possess😂😂 they should've just stopped at the first movie nobody asked for another.
@@comerpickles9485 i think it did. Idk if it was me or some type of illusion, but to me the doll's face expression looked slightly different. I cant unsee it Lol
Oh really?? The first one sucked!!!!! Its misleading to make a movie about a possssed doll and instead its not about a doll at all. All you people that liked the first one have shitty taste!!!
Literally every horror film: Oldest Child: Girly girl has a boyfriend(or not) Youngest child: thinking a dead looking doll is cute Dad: Babbling like nothings wrong Mom: Somethings definetley wrong Cousins: First to die
So the twist is that it's a prequel and the doll was really demonic and that's what made Brahms crazy. That's what I've noticed in the trailer. Good, now I don't need to see it.
For me it feels like they are going to put the idea that the evil presence will be the man who was hiding in the walls, so then they can link the two movies
I think this second movie of this series explain how the guy behind the wall turn into a bad guy. If you see there is a scene of burn in this trailer. And in the first movie her face was burned if you remember. So I think this one explain the history of the guy behind the wall~ >.
That was the first one he lives in the walls he hears everything and sees everything you do. I didn't get it until the very ending of the movie Matt Gray
I really didn't like the first one until the ending when they showed it wasn't "evil demons" it was just a human with some issues and now they are saying oh no wait look we wanna be the annabel movie so he had demons all along... UGH WHY
Maybe what the trailer is showing is a scene where she's having a nightmare, because the doll is terryfying her to death. And the trailer wants to make us believe it is possesed, when it isn't supernatural after all like the first film.
The Boy: *does well in theaters* This studio: *makes a random sequel* The Boy: *also has a concise and clear ending that shouldn’t have been expanded upon*
The Boy 1: Ohh It's very realistic! I like it! The Boy 2 : Wait what? There is a man who's hiding between the walls!! Where is he?? How can this movie be paranormal?
@@johnwicktherealoneiam I've never stated anything about the ending of the movie, only questioned the word "Perfect" that's said to it. At the next sentence, I stated that the movie was shit, opposing your words that stated that the movie was good, so lecture yourself on how to read before being such an ass...
@@utoresa5193 Yeah, I think the movie was good when it was focusing on the doll until that guy came out of the wall to kill that girl for zero reasons... The worst scene in the movie is where she tried to "Bo-Bo Ga-Ga" a grown-up fucking murder, lmaooo.
Guys , it’s a PREQUEL. It isn’t suppose to match the first film , this is the BEGINNING of how it all started to begin with .. this one will be the full story then you’ll understand the original film better.
oh ffs... the first one had an attractive concept with an unexpected twist. this one just looks like an annabelle rip-off. way to ruin the franchise... *claps*
@@darencolby1916 good point and that would be great for the movie but the doll's eyes moved... so unless the plot-twist is remote controlled eyeballs from another psychopath behind more walls...
The first movie wasnt even scary to begin with, that explains its bad ratings. Still looking forward to this one maybe because this can overshadow the previous one if its good, hope so.
The good thing about the first movie was that it made you think it was a possessed doll the whole time when, in reality, it was a creepy dude hiding in the walls. There was no need to ruin it with this male version of Annabelle.
It seems like I am the only one who gets the first movie here. The first and the second both of them make sense. You just got to understand how. Rewatch the first movie and look at the trailer of the second movie. The man in the wall and the boy has two things in common. The mask and having an obsession with the doll. You guys don't understand do you. I won't explain it try to build-up theories
Could this be a prequel? Like maybe the doll really was haunted and that’s what caused the first boy to kill his friend? Otherwise I don’t see how this fits in with the first movie
Ellie I don’t think that would be it because the mom said that Brahms was broken before which was how the first film ended so it wouldn’t make sense for it to be a prequel
The Annabelle series is much better. And I think this film is trying to copy that with the added supernatural element. At least Annabelle is based on a real doll!
I'm so confused?? The Boy wasn't about a possessed doll, the whole point was Brahms was living in the walls and making it SEEM like the doll was possessed but in reality, it was just him moving the doll. He didn't even die in the first movie, so how is the doll possessed? How does the doll have a history?? Because didn't Brahms parents get the doll MADE TO LOOK LIKE THE CHILD VERSION OF BRAHMS OR DID I MAKE THAT UP??? Who came up with this idea because they were REACHING!!!
I don't like watching horror type of movies which has ghosts/possessions something. But when I watched The Boy I got goosebumps with the plot twist at the end. I thought the writers/directors were brilliant for thinking that. So when I saw this on my recommendation, I got excited. However, the trailer seems like this will be another horror movie :(
I think it's a prequel. That boy is Brahms and since the background of the story in the first movie wasn't really clear. Maybe this movie will tell us the "real" story. I mean in the first movie, it was said that Brahms killed someone burned the house, right? And there was no story told about the other previous residents in that house being end up in a tragedy. So, maybe the first movie's purpose was for us to think that Brahms was the one who's controlling the doll and this second movie will be the plot twist and that is I think the doll is the one who's controlling Brahms and not the other way around. And there's a deep story behind that house.
*SPOILER ALERT* about the ppl who didnt watch the movie and didnt know what happened to brahms... actually he killed his self .. the one who was reparing his doll was a man named joseph i think and he is the neighbor of the brahms family and he knows everything about the doll .. the guy who comes out of the mirror died by suicide and the police came to the house and saw the tragety and brahms possesed the doll after he died.. that all what i wanted to say for the curious ppl and it not my problem if you didnt read the spoiler alert
