Next one, Butcher blames himself for Ryan's fall as he remembers how his wife died. He gets a bit unhinged but is actually more logical now! I think Butcher becoming a crazy villain is the most common theory that's why I don't think that will happen. He will actually be getting better with Hughie on his side, teaching Hughie how to fight and lead the boys because he sees him as his brother and now has stopped protecting him. Hughie has proved himself enough that Butcher thinks he'll be the ideal leader and on that note he makes him the Godfather of Ryan. He accepts his end thinking he won't see homelander die but at least his team is fine... Unless MM dies and Butcher leaves the team to take care of Homelander on his own. He throws away his ideals and takes finds a way to kill Homelander, even using the people. In short he becomes the leader of the faction that hates homelander. While Hughie is left to lead the boys ... But there are no boys left. Because Frenchie leaves with his girlfriend before MM's death scene. So he might return after finding out what happened to MM.
I personally think (this is my only theory) that in order to survive the cancer, butcher will permanently take compound V and become scorched earth again
Ryan gets killed by homelander to snuff out humanity he thinks he has or Ryan’s death by non supe maybe butcher causes him to snap or what I would love to see personally Ryan’s death is caused by clone/lookalike homelander which like the comics homelander thinks he done it not remembering leading his sanity to snap when finding out the truth
I don’t think Butcher’s gonna go bad, he’s just nowhere near as vile as his comic book counterpart. None of these characters are, except, Soldier Boy who despite being my favorite character is far more vicious than his comic counterpart ever was.

I’ve watched all season and what’s crazy is the only character I’d say I truly care about is solider boy. Like yeah I like other characters but something about sb just hit. Maybe the part of being betrayed by all your friends
absolutely, he was one of the most enjoyable characters and i feel bad that he got betrayed like that when they were all so close to defeating homelander.

I already know who the new Black Noir is. Remember at the end of season 3 they show soldier boy is still alive? Somehow the CIA was able to brainwash him and control him. Put him in the black Noir suit until they need to use him. Then bam fry the V out of his system. So think of how homelander died in the comics. By Black Noir being his clone..... So why not use the supe they used to create Homelander???? 😮
Your theories are plausible, but I think it might be the case where Ryan and butcher become the antagonists of season 5, representing the end days for superheroes in this world. It will also be revealed that the whole time, Stan Edgar sowed the seeds of this crisis to move Vought away from superheroes.
Ryan is differently gonna go insane learning the truth and Victoria Newman die in season 4 and hughie and annie are having a daughter or son maybe twins better not be anakin and padme vibes cause it was the hardest thing in star wars history and i already suspected them of having biological children not adoption but from thier DNA like all of us do either way may happen maybe not this season but in season 5 hey i even heard that he wants to propose her to become husband and wife not like in the original comic version and ryan and zoe go on the runaway where eill they go and butcher is difficult to me but he will go on a rampage campaign and A train death i hope so or maybe not this season or MM and what deal is kimiko and Frenchie are talking about i thought they cut connection from the mobs ? Why is everyone fixated on ryan? Is soemthing about him in gen V that i don’t know? For me he is just a side character that homelander will eventually kill off when the child betrays him again
