I always thought comic butcher looks like comic negan, same sarcastic sense of humor and sadism, joe kessler is manifestation of comic butcher, and we got jeffrey dean morgan for it
On a somewhat side note, Hughie in the comics was based on Simon Pegg. This show was made a bit too late for Pegg to act as Hughie, so they casted him as the father instead. The more you know!
@@rayscene5887nah it’s BO1. Joe Kessler was a real person just like Reznov, but Tyler Durden was always just one guy, Brad Pitts character never actually existed.
What's funny is that there are COD Actors in the Boys. Neumon, Colin, and Sameer are played by the actors that played Farah & Gaz in MW2019 and Gator in Infinite warfare and Farid in Black Ops 2.
Yo that’s awesome. I knew the actor that played Sameer looked and sounded familiar. Not to mention he played the imperial scientist that was in charge of studying Grogu in the Mandalorian series
This moment was fight club inspired. Billy realising his closest ally is nothing but an imaginary friend, a figment of his subconscious mind due to the black mass. Nicely done.
Butcher is gonna die in the last episode, but someone new is gonna be reborn inside him... I can already see it, everyone crying butcher is dead, but then they see Butcher alive coming from the shadows but this time he is full Joe Kessler. We never see Butcher/Karl Urban in scenes, only Joe Kessler/Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
I like him a lot as an actor, but how many times has Jeffrey Dean Morgan played a spirit, or a hallucination, or a corporeal form at this point? Grey's Anatomy, Supernatural and this off the top of my head.. is there more?
