FYI - update on Laz Alonso (MM) - he said he took a DNA test to find out exactly what kinds of vitamins & good nutrition he needed for his health. After having gotten “carried away with too much pizza” he ate healthier and adopted a good exercise regimen. Our man’s on a health kick & it’s paying dividends! Good for him!! ❤
