TIMESTAMPS! But first: We know we didn't react to the individual interviews. Since they are more serious, we wanted to give them the attention and respect they deserve. But we did watch them, so if anyone wants to talk about those videos in the comments, please do! 0:32 Pre-Reaction comments 0:55 Disclaimer 1:14 First Watch 4:50 Second Watch 7:56 Thoughts
sangyeon's bit nowadays makes me kinda emotional, since it was all recorded before rtk and he was hopeful about going big and!!! that sangyeon doesn't know!!! that!! they really went big!!!
Hahahahaha I just love how you blushed so red for this video. Juyeon really wrecked everyone I believe. Everyone looks so so goooddddd... About the individual interview clip, I was very touched by what Jacob talked about Changmin. Please keep supporting the BOYZ. I just can't wait to watch them again in Kingdom among other great artists. They would fight so hard, and I am concerned for their health too.
LOLOL i am glad our reactions are entertaining ALSO OMG Q AND NEW. Honestly, their parts were super relatable to me, especially Q's - peyton (mayhaps my favorites are showing.....?)
oh was this in the making video? cause we might have missed that when we watched it. To be honest, we both know this movie, and would be shocked if Kevin chose to reference it for his concept, given what the movie is about...
Berry Best Reacts 베리 베프 반응 i don’t think they mentioned it in the behind video but because his slogan on the screen was we need to talk about kevin and he also tweeted pictures from the shoot saying “serving u some ezra”
I think you girls probably know but they chose the concept by themselves. I was more shook by that fact. They said it in the behind the scenes video, I think.
it's so interesting trying to understand why each member chose their concept (not just the words, but also like visually). But also props to crecker for allowing this creative freedom
It's very interesting with this video. Q really has started opening up a lot about himself and Jacob can show his anger nowadays even if it's for fun. Hyunjae has always been straightforward. Even 'Sangyeon is simple' fits well with Sangyeon but idk how to explain it. One part that really stood out to me personally was Sunwoo's part. I found it really interesting. Great reaction!
thank you for watching! Yes, it seems like the content that we've watched from the boyz after the release of the identity films shows them being a bit more open? But obviously it's still a process of them becoming more comfortable with showing those sides of themselves to the public. Showing their "true" personalities makes them more vulnerable to the public in that sense ... but it's refreshing to see!
And also the honesty that they have, they might be a little afraid, kind of concern about saying those thoughts, but that’s a really important part for a group, the communication with their fans, letting them know that they don’t want to be someone else rather than their true self, THE BOYZ FIGHTING 🙌
Honestly I was pleasantly surprised that they did something like this, given the fact that most idols don't start to talk about these topics until MUCH further into their career. And while it's nice for the fans to get the know members a bit more, I think it's even better for the boys themselves, getting to let down that mask of their "image" and release a bit of that burden. I think watching these videos made Peyton and I think even more deeply about them, given what's currently going on in the kpop world...these kpop idols always feeling like they always need to show the best side of them to fans and can't show their true selves -Anna
I am still having an internal struggle because of his age, but Anna has been aggressively trying to convince me that its fine... there are so many receipts, oh man. - peyton
That video literally wrecked me when I watch it. You're reaction is so like me😂 . I hope you'll watch they're individual interview. They are so precious. ❤️ Like they are so damn fine. ❤️ Boyz 🔥
We are glad you liked it! We didn't react to them because we wanted to watch them more seriously, but we did watch the individual interviews, too, and we feel like we learned SO much more about them as people. They are so precious.❤️ ❤️
I had really hoped to see your Reaction to the Interviews because I would have liked to talk about them in the Comments and maybe get a bit more serious but I can also understand why you would watch them alone. Idk, I just think everyone always just reacts to the funny stuff and we should all pay more attention to the more important thinks and have actual conversations about Idols in that way. Maybe you could do like a Review of the Interviews instead of a Reaction or something like that?!
Yeah, we had to really discuss the decision before reacting because we were really torn. Ultimately we decided not to react to them because they are more serious and because we tend to keep our content more light-hearted, we didn't want it to come across as us forcing reactions or making a joke of them >< (in reality, we both watched them in almost complete silence). We are super open to talking about them in the comments and while we won't do a full review video on them, we'll probably talk more about what we learned in them when we do the final episode for this series, since we obviously learned a lot more about who they are from their interviews!
@@BerryBestReacts These Interviews actually made me appreciate Members more that I wasn't directly focused on before. I'm pretty sure Juyeon, Sunwoo & Q are my Biases now. I always have 3 favs but usually 1 Bias and 2 Wreckers... Right now all 3 of them have Bias Status and it's weirding me out, I'm not used to that!
Omg your reaction totally me when i first saw that XD being a mess first then after that i watched it again read the caption seriously.. anyways can't wait for another reaction~
I thought that timing for the release of this identity film was pretty genius as it was right after ep 1 of rtk so it served as a way to get to know them better for both newer as well as older fans. They are working on another series with the same production team that worked on generation z film, the series is called "A to BOYZ" so far only jacob's video has been released in which he covers bazzi I.F.L.Y and its beautiful hope u guyz check it out. I would also love to know your thoughts on each of their individual interviews.
Yes it was a genius move by creker at the very right timing. This not only brought in many more fans and also we deobis helped directed these new fans to the right videos that need to be streamed😂 (using ads but in indirect way) This Creker really planned well ahead😂😂😂
@@alisajjad866 yes their wifi still sucks though. That is also one of the reasons why I keep reminding fans to download vlive too😂 384,200 more to go before we get tjat lightstick.
We are happy to share our thoughts on their individual interviews, but because might get long, we will try to summarize here: (In playlist order) Juyeon: We both totally got why he wouldn't want to be just seen as "nice," because it seems like kind of an empty compliment when you can't think of anything else, and there's obviously so much more to him. It was actually a little heartbreaking to hear him verbalize it, and we hope more people will appreciate him more. Like, there's so many words in this world, and that's all people can think of? Nice? He's more than that. Chanhee: Chanhee felt like one of the most self-aware interviews, especially his part about knowing that if he was always sensitive, he wouldn't be where he was today. It was really nice to see someone confidently acknowledging that they aren't perfect, and that that's okay because he is still special. Especially since a lot of times when idols acknowledge faults, it is always in the context of being apologetic or that they will force themselves to change. Sangyeon: First of all, he related himself to a baguette, and we appreciate that level of creativity. Secondly, and more seriously, his interview honestly confirmed a lot of the things about his personality that we already suspected and see through his interactions with his members, and staff, and his nephew, and fans, so it was reassuring to see that the perception we have of him is also how he sees himself. Haknyeon: Part of his interview reminded us of Produce and how that had been really hard on him, but it made us happy to see that his confidence seems to be rebuilding and he's more comfortable in his own skin now. We sometimes worry about him because of what he's gone through and it's nice to see he's being more true to himself now. Eric: The thing about being interested in other people but them not being interested back was really relatable for Anna. So she was just thinking that if she could ever get the chance to talk to him about it, she would want to tell him that it's good to be curious about things and people, but that not everyone has the heart he has and not to let it get to him. Kevin: We've always said that Anna and Kevin are twins, and this interview just reinforced that. Like, we aren't even joking. Even when Peyton watched it, her reaction was "oh my gosh. Anna has said these things to me before." But also, we agree. People need to talk about Kevin. Younghoon: I felt like his was oddly specific about one emotion, but it was something he wanted to share with others, so it made me think much deeper about why he would choose to share this and if its what he finds to be a root to his actions. Very fascinating. Jacob: One thing that we said about Jacob even before this interview was that we wanted him to feel comfortable expressing not just happiness. We hope he realizes the thing at the end about not wanting to share his burdens, but wanting to help others with theirs is how other people want to help him too. Like we said in the reaction, he is multidimensional and not to be put in a box. Changmin: I related to Changmin's on such a personal level, especially about not wanting to open up and share inner feelings. I think people have him in a specific image and am glad he's actively trying to show more of himself, even when it's difficult because opening up to those you trust is very important. -peyton Sunwoo: Sunwoo sharing what he drives him made him make a lot more sense, especially with how he seems to be more mature and how he acts. Peyton has experienced more similar motivators in her dance classes, but neither of us have ever fully experienced his motivators the way they drive him, but it was fascinating to see the way he talked about it. Hyunjae: Hyunjae reminds us so much of one of our very good friends. Even if it can be misinterpreted by others, we have major respect that he would stand up for himself and the people that he cares about, especially in Korea where it can be more difficult to openly speak up about things. These were just a summary of our thoughts. Hope you enjoyed!
oh thank you! while we probably won't intentionally speak korean in a video (any time soon lol) it's nice to know that we don't have to stop ourselves from unconsciously doing it anymore!
My bias is Juyeon and my wrecker is starting to be Sangyeon. I'll let you guess how the beginning of this video made me feel :) Also, your reactions were sooooo relatable 😂 and totally understand you checking the individual interviews on your own 💗
I feel you! The first time I watched this I didn't knew them yet, but it hit me hard too (especially Juyeon, Sangyeon and Kevin), but the second time I watched already knowing who they were... Oh boy...
omg I cannot imagine watching this if I didn't know them yet... I feel like if I had I would've spent the next several hours learning everything about them LOL we are still so shook, even days after filming this.
@@BerryBestReacts Well.. I've watched this video the week it was realised which was in between the second and the third episode of road to kingdom. By the fourth episode I already knew all they're names and a bit of they're personality so... yeah you can say I spend a couple of hours learning about them lmao
girls this video and a teaser of individual interviews in which the members speak in a transparent way simple as some feel are very interesting and can be an idea of how the life of idol can bring some fears that security and even in the way they have to position watch jacob.sunwoo and q i recommend to get to know them a bit beyond the stage. thanks for another wonderful react
watch the interviews, no need to be reactive just to get to know the members is very interesting and talks a lot about the individuality of each one. I agree that individual interviews are more personal and should not be reacts
thank you for watching! we actually watched their individual interviews after filming this, but didn't react to them as they are a bit more serious, and we didn't want to make light of it. That being said, after watching them, we really do feel like we understand the members a bit more, and it was really refreshing to see a group so openly talk about things like this.
@@BerryBestReacts I am very grateful for the interaction with you girls, the channel has a lot of quality if you think about doing more things from the boys they have several reality some you just see in the video getting to know the boys and they are worth watching ... You think about react to kingdom presentations to information is that it will happen in august but it already scares me from possible participants (monstax,, ateez, nuest, sf9, astro and kang daniel) but I as theb will be supporting the group
Anna: "Do you think they would believe it was just really hot outside? We don't have the AC on in my house!" No, Anna... I do not think anyone would believe it was *Just* that. LOL - peyton
After this series ends, we plan on working our way through our request list for a few weeks (since it's super backed up right now) before starting a new series! And also, by then, Kingdom will have started for friday's videos :)
ANNA! PEYTON! PLEASE REACT TO TATTOO! its their japanese debut, but most of their somgs, including the title track, is mostly korean :D YALL WOULD BE SHOOK BY JACOBS NOTES AND SUNWOOS RAP-
Pls react to ‘GENIUS’ by pentagon. This was made during the Sha la la era. They did not officially release it but they posted it on youtube. Hope you can watch it!
it's on our request list already! but it may take a little bit to be released >< however, we DO have other Pentagon reactions planned to be out before that!
we probably won't be making a series reacting to a tv show until Kingdom starts so that we can have a bit of a break, since reacting to Road to Kingdom was hard on our schedule. BUT if you have any specific performances in mind, we can add it to our request list!
interesting, do you know where they said this? To be honest, we both know this movie, and would be shocked if Kevin chose to reference it for his concept, given what the movie is about...
@@BerryBestReacts he tweeted about it, also please take into account the movie's main focus isn't about what kevin does at the end, it's about his mother's inability to understand her son and how she tried to do so, which is the aspect they went for. Also, i don't think it was him who chose the theme but the production crew
>< we decided not to react to the solo interviews since they were more serious and we wanted to make sure it didn't seem like we were making light of them. but we did watch them all! we're more than happy to share our thoughts in the comments, if you would like, though? also omg your english is great!
Thank you for watching! OMG we've both been following SKZ since their pre-debut survival show, and confirm, we do like the group! We're open to reacting to their videos, but we have seen majority of their content. Is there anything in particular you would like us to react to?
honestly Juyeon's n Sangyeon's n some others(but mainly those two) got me cringing really hard cuz you can see the intention n they didn't even try to make it subtle which made everything just funnier n more cringey for me... but... in a good way of course, i had a good laugh(while cringing, cmon even Juyeon was cringing during his interview)... the aesthetics of Younghoon n Hyunjae were a bit of diff artsy quaint style in kinda not matching the rest way which would make them more of an acquired taste(but still kind of cringey lol) ... but overall i love the aesthetics of the shoot n how they made it match the subject of their individual interviews, Kevin n Q aesthetics had to be my fav, moody style... but one is darker n one is brighter with the choice of primary color tone being dark orange(Kevin) vs gold(Q), also Jacob's simplistic but very effective use of prop n color to emphasize his subject...Eric's was very simple too though there wasn't props to highlight his subject n his shoot was more model-like. and for Haknyeon n Sunwoo... the more popstar rockstar vibe. i just find it a shame that the themes of the shoot made some member get more attention than the rest, when the ones ppl see as having lesser 'attractive' theme might get overlooked like New(his individual video had the least view so far) ... we need to talk about New. his shoot was all cute in that fluffy magical ways but damn... his interview was for me, the most attractive of them all, he's so self assured n cool n strong n mature n just... just the things he said got me multiple heart fluttering moments throughout the few minutes, that's how impressive it was for me. while for members like Juyeon n Sangyeon, whom ppl would fangirl more for their shoots, they had some of the more uncertainty n self conscious/doubts vibe to their interview, for me at least which made me feel bad for them, Sangyeon especially because it's so painfully obvious how much of the lack in self worth he felt n i've known another group leader who felt n think the same way as he n that's just heartbreaking. Q and Jacob interviews made me feel a lil bad too, they seem to have similar line of thinking. overall, the younger members(Haknyeon, Sunwoo, Eric) really impressed me with their interviews. they're very self assured n can freely acknowledge their strengths n weaknesses n talk about it in very mature way... but of course everyone has their own battles that are not for us to judge. it's still good to see everyone talking bout their feelings n all members' interviews are relatable to some degree(though idk why Younghoon's subject of interview was made specific so it felt like there wasn't much i learnt bout his thoughts, i think that's intentional too since he's becoming actor so they probly want to keep his image more mysterious). and i was speaking bout relatable, like what Hyunjae spoke about being the only one who speaks for others when they wanted it too... that is totally the story of me n my sister's life... being the villain for others' sake lol. all in all, nice thought provoking interviews n beautiful n aesthetically pleasing photoshoot that complemented the interviews really well... i can't get over the aesthetics. n New's interview. haha. ok. i enjoyed the reaction btw.
Wow thank you for your thoughts on the video. It's so interesting to see how other people react to it. (And promise we did actually read your whole comment). I get what you mean about some of the moments cringey, especially when matching with the personalities we generally associate with each member, but I was fascinated to see how each set really matched each member after I got passed the initial shock. It was also really eye-opening to see the ways each members answered the questions they were asked in their individual interviews. Really impressed by their honesty! It was refreshing to see a group so openly talking about these more serious topics. Personally my favorite sets were Q, because I loved the vibe, and Chanhee because it was like my dream photo shoot, and I felt like it really suited him so well! But again, each member really shined in their individuality~ - peyton
@@BerryBestReacts i agree that the sets and aesthetics of each member were tailor made to suit their interviews, which is insanely clever on production aspect. and i think the cheesiness of some members' themes helped to balance out the darker ones... and as a whole made the whole shoot more unpredictable, exciting n diverse. maybe bcuz i'm a little old n no fun, i tend to look at the shoot from such a critical, distant view than just enjoying the contents as they are(which i wish i could... the woes of getting old n being consuming kpop for too long). choosing a favourite shoot would definitely be hard since they're all thematically interesting n expressive, in the end i went with colors n lighting that captured my eyes. i actually felt bad having used the term 'cringey' haha.. since it could come off more negatively than meant to sound but thanks for the understanding, it means a lot to me :)
