@@btstrasharmyexo-lbaekiesha2776 We all know, but I also want Haknyeon to get recognized for being the chaotic inner-child and maknae that he is. The maknae line was always seen as Haknyeon, Hwall, Sunwoo, and Eric since the start. Hak floats between the 98z line and maknae line, but he belongs with the maknae line.
@@OfficialAwkbe I never said he isn’t in the maknae line tho, he is. But he’s not a maknae. That’s the difference. Sunwoo and Eric (and Hwall) are the literal maknaes of the group and get called that by thr group members and themselves. I just think people wanted to make video’s about the maknaes of the boys (since there are 2), and not necessarily the maknae line
I may be really wrong, yet I do remember there's a neat trick to inner ear dizziness. Similar to ear popping from an aeroplane flight. Hold the nostrils shut, shut the mouth & blow from the chest into the closed mouth. It changes how the internal parts process the expelled breath & makes the middle part between the ears function more independently. Similar to changing the dimensions of an inflated balloon. When uncertainty functions from not understanding the part of the body that seems odd, a natural nervousness starts other body processes such as the adrenal reactions, making the individual more conscious & aware of anything that feels different. Imagine, in a residential apartment, an internal door breezes to & fro from a draught, it may seem odd. Sensitivity that's part of internal body structure tells the brain of an alert. Where the individual has no knowledgeable experience of resolution, the brain's uncertainty causes worry, potentially leading to more alertness. Alternative imagery is like the middle of a see-saw, teeter-totter, with a fat kid on one end & no one on the other end. Creating a pressure in the middle helps re-balance. It could be ultimately soothed from something as gentle as a dental filing that prevents a tooth nerve exposure. Nerves are between the brain & the soles of the feet, same as muscles. Maybe a particular choreography move has put a strain on one nerve. Try head massage, imagining needing to resume the flow of a nerve like a river up & down between feet & brain, where the boats are the neurons that have to manoeuvre around a blockage of typical route. The problem is more likely to be between shoulder & neck, up one side of the head. Flex the shoulders & top of the spine, down to the hips, slowly nearer the feet, then the same back up to the brain. Repeat whilst it feels comfortable + until slight pressure feels like it's doing good. Repeat regularly to reassure the nerves are all unknotted & ease the Chi flow between feet & brain. Hope this helps 👄🙋♀️☯️
