Carmen should've joined the Mobile Infantry. Her left shoulder got impaled by a huge bug claw, but her incredible healing factor gave her full motor function right after it was pulled out! She didn't even seem to feel pain afterwards! Incredible.

THIS IS WHAT I DID ! Seriously ! I was 16 when i saw this movie at the cinema. And i was precisely slurping a Cola in a goblet when the scene was shown... Gosh ! i've never finished my Cola ! It disturbed me too much LOL 🤣🤣🤣

I didn't like that dude got killed in this scene. I know he was Johnny's nemesis and all, but he turned out to be a decent guy, and I would've liked to see him and Johnny fighting side by side. Didn't care for Carmen. Would've been fine with her getting her brain sucked out. And speaking of Carmen, she sure had good mobility of her arm. Considering she was just stabbed through the shoulder and all.

want to know why I hate bugs in real life, when you look at a bug up close, you don't see any cuteness or any fur, all you see is a freak of nature, this movie Starship Troopers is a constant reminder that real life bugs are a bunch of scary, poisonous, bothersome, good for nothing monsters like the brain bug, but I like this movie because humans must know that bugs are the threat to humanity, but the bugs from cartoons and animated movies like A Bug's Life are OK for me because they're not creepy and scary like the ones in this movie and they have eyes like a human.

Well at the beginning they only have weapons that weren't designed for the bugs armor, and they didn't know where any weak points were. Later they show new weapons as well as weak points in a demonstration

The whole point of the film is the planetary government does a false flag and sets them up for failure at first in order to justify expansion into the quarantine zone they’re in.
