As a kid i always felt black and white was much real because our tv was black and white ... As i got older ... And watching this colorized i felt a sense of realism which i could never achieve before ... It was kind of relieving the movie with a sense of grown up feeling ... What a fantastic idea to colorize this feature ... Thank you ... I was able to captivate a true sense of understanding ... Mystery Mountain ... Fisher of Rolando ... Nuclear physicist ... Radio active emissions ... The picture of lincoln and if i am not mistaken General Patton ... The laboratory ... All this added a touch of truth to this movie ... John Agar an incredible actor ... Thank you for enhancing my love for this film to the power of 10 ! Many blessings to you all for making my life alittle better ... Much Love and Respect ...

Rat brains, pig brains, bird brains, and a few human brains. Or, in a butcher's shop where there are cow brains. Some people eat cow brains. Hard to find in meat shops. When I was a kid, my father's friend Lawrence, like to eat cow brains. Tongue, too. When he and dad slaughtered and dressed out one of dad's steers he raised on our farm for meat, Lawrence would use a big axe to crack open the skull and remove the brain. As a horror & monster buff since the mid 60s i never ecpected to get to see some of the ole cheesy sci -fi & monster flicks in color . Still cheesy but just as much fun. Great job with the color , i see no real flaws at all . Thanks for sharing . 🛸🧀

Never saw it in color until now. The only thing I remember in the early '60s was the music scaring the living daylights out of me. Especially when they were cut off in the cave- I got so scared, I hid my face because I thought it was going to engulf them like carl in journey to the 7th planet. Only to find out later watching it again, that it merely entered Steve ( John Agars) body.

@@CultCinemaClassics , yes of course, it's only fitting. Angry red planet, war of the world's, journey to the 7th planet ( also starring John Agar), were all in color, so this one should be, also.

Some people, self-proclaimed 'purists', say that they hate colorization of movies. When it's done really poorly I agree, i.e. sky turns pink at some times, etc. But when a decent job of it is done it's an improvement on the old b/w original, and this one is good enough to qualify for that. Watching a movie like 'Miracle on 34th Street', a Christmas season movie, in color vs the original b/w is like seeing it for the first time again only better. But anyhow, I enjoyed this colorized 'Brain' movie, and got a kick out of the strings holding the giant brain in the last scene.
