Free will doesn't exist from the perspective of the human mind. Experienced meditators understand the concept of "watching thoughts" or observing the mind. It is the observer-the one who watches the mind-that possesses free will. While the body and mind perish, the observer remains beyond them.

The statements don’t necessarily support the premise. What we have here is one of many possible theories. there are so many strung together truths that don’t necessarily prove the theory that it may as well be fiction. Interesting to contemplate but a mistake to accept out of hand.

If reincarnation is viewed as a valid life trajectory option it could possibly make huge sence. One hemisphere dominated by the reincarnated aspect and identity could explain one (double) personality type, while the other hemisphere the other. The reincarnated "soul" accessing the other / "older" and the "new incarnation" engaging the rest of the life being lived. Consciousness is infinite and therefore possibly very well able to engage the lives of 2 into 1 without much fuss or interference.... unless, of course, the brain is split surgically.

Free will does exist other wise people with somehow more rights then others wouldn't fight so hard to take away the rights of others and get order followers to also help do this for them. Nature is in a state of complete freedom and those principles of freedom actually do apply to the human kingdom whether some less concious people want to give away their own free will and rights or responsibility to even know that they have any. All rights are property rights...social engineers and psychologists who argue against free will are ignorant to basic INHERENT and self evident laws in nature.
