1. What is the pay protection for cancelled flights?
We are pay protected for cancelled flights that were cancelled due to things out of our control (Weather, Maintenance, etc.). We are also pay protected if a flight on your schedule has to get re-crewed due to you being delayed or anything working a previous flight on your schedule. Ex. Your 2nd leg of the day was delayed for 4 hours, they removed you and your crew off of your 3rd leg and put a new crew on it to make sure it leaves on time. You still get paid for that flight 💁🏽♀️
2. With Envoy, how often does the money off raise?
You receive pay increases every year on your anniversary date. As far as when does the pay increase for in the contract, it increases when the contract is renegotiated and the company and your union agree to raise what's already in the pay table.
