For the love of GOD Charlamagne if you're not listening to Jess from the from the beginning, dont interrupt in the middle with questions that she LITERALLY just explained. Yes, pls help home first! To include US Territory, Guam is going through if you not apart of the heavy military presence, then you could be living in tints or run down houses.
