The Brink of WAR! - The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom - Part 4 

Smoothie time! I appreciate how straightforward and simple the smoothie system is to use, not so overwhelming to engage with like BotW cooking was for me, where I always felt bad about wasting resources trying and failing to figure out recipes. Never mind that I don't think I drank a single one my entire time through the game. Even the part that tries to make you use them, I was stubborn about not using resources. Zelda games have always been hit-or-miss on if they directly show the number out of four when you get a heart piece. Some do, some don't, but you can always just check in your menu. My biggest disappointment with the way this game does secrets is the lack of stuff behind waterfalls. So many of them, even with that little graphical oddity that makes it looks like something could be there, but nothing. And Zelda was one of the origins of the Waterfall Secret, too! For all that the writing in this isn't the best, there are some good moments, and they do a good job making Tri feel disconnected from a human understanding of the world most of the time.
