The British Transformers One Release Stunned Me... 

FINALLY! Us in the UK have access to see Transformers One in cinemas. And with me coming into this movie with absolutely no prior knowledge on the world of Transformers, this movie absolutely enamoured me. With a whole new bubble of a universe with fascinating worldbuilding and a curious magic system, I was fully invested in the mechanised world of Transformers One. And beyond just the concept, the writing is an immaculate piece of both love letter references for diehard fans, creative gags with genuine perfect parodies, as well as keeping things safe from a practical business perspective. I think this is one of my favourite movies of the years. And though I can see it's flaws, this was a masterclass at achieving exactly what HasBro wanted to do for their new films.
