Wallace Landreth - These are the words children so long to hear from their parents. I love to hear these words so freely and openly spoken. Kids always need to hear these things, even when they aren’t kids anymore.
That comment made me cry.!! Im a musician also. My dad has never done anything else in his life. We used to tour together when I was young. I musically progressed past him. It's always seemed to be a sore spot with him since he has work hard to learn things that just cone natural to me.id send him songs I've written and he would barley comment or say how he would have phrased it different or something. All my life I just wanted him to say something like you just said. Maybe I'll write something before he dies that will make him applaud. Just had an idea for a song I think!! " Dad finally sang along when I when he thought I couldn't hear" y'all don't steal that. Lol If you do id be fine as long as I get to sing harmony.
A wise person once said that art isn’t about creating something from nothing, it’s about shining light into the dark places to uncover what’s already there… Whatever place this song comes from, I feel it. Well played gents.
It really angers me that guys like you have to work so hard to get recognition for all these amazing songs that you write and performing when the radio stations just plaster generic template written garbage over the radio waves everyday! I really hope you guys do well with this album, we all can’t wait to hear it and me and my wife are looking for ward to seeing you in the Sheffield when you’re back in the UK 👍🤘
The Bros. Landreth good to know, and thanks for being honest. But in that case GET YOUR BUD MOVING AND START WORKING - HARD, DAMMIT!! We kind of like the idea of poor hard working musicians with nothing left but their guitars and maybe a pair of old boots. Dont you dare changing that idea 😎😎
One person has had that unusual procedure. Soulremovalectomy! How can you thumbs down to this? It’s sublime! Let’s hope they find it one day soon. I’ll pray for them. 🙏🏻
Absolutely amazing. This song is just stunning-feels like you are right there with you and you are just blown away by being so close to something so magical. Moments like those are rare it's beautiful that you captured all the magic of a moment like that. Thank you.
I was sitting staring at mountains and this song came up on spotify and man I've been listening to this right after that moment. Probably 100th time in continuation since then while I am writing this comment. And I am sharing this beauty with everyone around. I had tears of joy for this beautiful piece you guys came up with. I wish you guys luck. Love from India! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Y’all always make me pick up my guitar and explore open tunings when I listen to your music. What a blessing to hear musicians play so beautifully acoustically in this digital age.
Watched you in Manchester last week. Been to a lot of concerts and I have to say you are the best band I've ever seen live. I genuinely mean that. I'd love to sing with you someday Joey but I'm probably just mindlessly dreaming about something that will never happen. Keep going lads. 💕🎶
Woaaw !! Goosebumps ! I really enjoy all your songs, but this one and Greenhouse have really something oustanding and unique ! Hope to see you someday in France (I know, definitly not the easiest country to tour when you're doing quality music....)
dudes your new album just sounds awesome, never enjoyed an intro like the on from good love. its just killer and on point, the bass sound is from another world and the tightness my dear... greetings from germany! thanks tps I could find to enjoy your music ever since
I didn’t think you could top the version with the WSO! And there you are on Dave’s front porch doing exactly that! Great music guys! Wishing you all the opportunities you have worked so hard for!
So I've listened to the album three times now, and my conclusion is that 1) I absolutely love it! 2) you should definitely swap this version of Salvation Bound in for the studio version on the record
Two condenser mics! The one you see on the video and a ribbon a little further behind the camera. Both into a Zoom handheld recorder. Joey mixed it at home!
@@Thebroslandreth Thanks for letting me know! It's always inspiring to see that you can create something this beautiful right from your own space. P.S. I've taken a lesson with Joey and it opened up my understanding of triads and scales a lot. Thanks guys! Love the new album.
