I, however, long for the 90's that were carefree. The West had won and the opportunities were endless - until 2001. Kind of like 1900-1914. That is my perspective on the life I have lived.

It was quite funny to thing how meta it was - it was the start of mass video broadcast of music, and began the Music Video era of music - which was important as record labels knew it was an important way to advertise music. Wow, I didn't know that! I love Hans Zimmer. He was the composer of the first Lion King film, along with Madagascar and many others. The Lion King and Madagascar are two of my favorite movies. Hans Zimmer's music really gives me goosebumps! He's amazing in this song. Having this song as the first song to ever play on MTV, along with having Hans Zimmer shows that this song is truly a legend.
